    About this experience

A demanding descent, Anahata has it all: challenging rappels, exciting jumps and slides, as well as trekking amongst pristine scenery in the heart of Bali. You will feel like a real canyoneer and have a taste of what our world is about. Due to the nature of this descent, Anahata requires us to develop good teamwork, of which you are an integral part of. The upper section features nice rappels (up to 35m high) and is open and sunny. This section can be dry during the dry season. The second section, called Excalibur, takes us into a narrow and deep gorge, featuring nice jumps and technical rappels. If you like rope work, Anahata is the trip for you! The ability to swim is compulsory and a good level of fitness is desired.

    Super fun!

This company is so much fun! They are an outfit that focuses first on safety, and have a solid equipment briefing before leaving base camp. We did the Anahata canyon and had a blast both with jumping and rappelling. The guides are energized and like to hoot and holler!

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ubud and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Ubud?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Ubud?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
