Poor experience overall. Neither when you book online nor in the e-mail confirmation does it clearly state you are supposed to download an app to access the self-guided tour. Only when we downloaded the Viator app, added our reservation there, and then skrolled to the very bottom did we find the steps to follow. All of this hassle for very little information in the self-guided tour itself. Very disappointing. I do not recommend.

Cannes Audioguide
Ok to book the audio guide thru TripAdvisor but then at the time had to download Inway app which took time & even though clicked English the audio started in French. Had to go out of it two times then load again & suddenly the English audio started. Only used a third of the trip as became a bit tedious to use.
