See above. Would I recommend this activity some serious changes would need to changed

The boat stays in the bay. The music was too loud. The majority of people could not hear the tour guide. It would have been nice if he talked at both ends of the boat.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear the music volume and guide's commentary made it difficult to fully enjoy the tour. Your comments will be shared with the operating team as we continue working to improve the experience for all our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Fun on the clear boat tour!

Helpful tour guide and captain! They found lots of fish, turtles, and a few “shipwrecks” to see. My kids had a great time!

Response from the operator: Thank you! We’re glad your family had a great time and enjoyed spotting the marine life. It’s great to hear the guide and captain made it even more special! What To Do In Cancun Customer service team

Nice views but prepare for possible nausea

DISCLAIMER: You may get extremely nauseous if the waters are rough! My family and I liked the experience because the views of the water were beautiful. We also spotted huge turtles that could only be seen in Mexico which was really cool. However, the water was very rough throughout the whole thing which made it difficult to truly enjoy this excursion. We all became very nauseous, with some of us actually throwing up. The tour guides tried their best to help by providing water, but the nausea was too much. I think the company should consider putting a disclaimer in the description section warning potential guests that nausea is possible so that guests can better prepare. By the end of the excursion, the tour guides were both empathetic and apologetic about the nauseating experience which we appreciated.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the stunning views and the chance to spot turtles, but we’re sorry to hear the rough waters made it difficult to fully enjoy the excursion. Your suggestion to include a nausea disclaimer is very helpful, and we’ll look into adding this to better prepare our guests. We appreciate your understanding and recognition of the tour guides’ efforts to assist and empathize. Customer Service Team What To Do In Cancun

    Absolutely disappointing

Whatever you do don't use this vendor. They refuse to give a refund when I was unable to locate them. They frauded me on my birthday

Response from the operator: Dear Michelle, Thank you for your feedback and review. We want to clarify that actually you took a taxi on your own and the taxi left you on the incorrect place and even after providing you the assistance on arriving to the correct place for your experience, you were rude to our customer service department. After certain time, you decided not to arrive to the experience. The tour operated normally and multiple customer did make it to the site of the tour with no issues. Thank you for choosing us! Cancun Glass Boat Sightseeing Cruise: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Cancun Glass Boat Sightseeing Cruise cost?

    +

Prices start at $49 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cancun Glass Boat Sightseeing Cruise take?

    +

Plan for about 1.3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Cancun Glass Boat Sightseeing Cruise worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 42 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 21 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cancun Glass Boat Sightseeing Cruise?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cancun Glass Boat Sightseeing Cruise suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Cancun Glass Boat Sightseeing Cruise?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 1.3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cancun Glass Boat Sightseeing Cruise start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Chichen Itza from Cancun : Cenote, Valladolid and Mayan Cuisine, Early Access to Chichen Itza with optional pick-up, Early morning Chichen Itza Tour: Cenote and Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.

    +

Included: Life jacket; Glass boat cruise; and 2 beers per adult & bottled water. Not included: Transportation to and from the marina; Professional photographs & gratuities; and Dock Fee. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.

Where is the meeting point for Cancun Glass Boat Sightseeing Cruise?

What languages is Cancun Glass Boat Sightseeing Cruise offered in?

    +

It is offered in English and Spanish. Pick your language when choosing a date and time, as not every departure runs in every language.
