Good Experience
The experience altogether was a great combination, and I would definitely recommend it. However, I didn't like that our phones were not allowed, but I had to keep calling for the photographer to be present at times.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! 🌿🐵 We're very happy to hear that you enjoyed the overall combination of activities and would recommend the experience! 💚🙌 We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the phone policy and the photography service. We understand how frustrating it can be not having your phone available while also having to look for the photographer during certain moments. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team to help us improve the experience. Thank you again for choosing Mayan Jungle Rush and for your recommendation! We hope to welcome you back for another jungle adventure soon. 🌴✨

You get what you pay for
Would not do this tour again and that says a lot bc i love all tours. Transportation was provided from our hotel but was quite a bumpy ride closer to the park. Tour guide told me no insta360 however i insisted because many other people brought their go pros. I did not like the fact that they did not allow phones/cameras because they try to upsell you their "professional" pictures taken by a young teenager for $60usd. On top of that, us three girls felt pressured to tip after we had been approached multiple times for cash or apple pay tip. No is no. Also, seemed like a man made cenote because there were tubes running into the "cenote" bringing in water. Zipline, atv, and horseback riding was fun. I can sense all of the guides snickering at my group because of the camera altercation, and felt like they were messing with us by asking us again and again for tip, reviews, and feedback forms. Driver almost forgot to drop us off on the van ride back, thankfully i had my directions clear and knew spanish to communicate to the driver that he missed our hotel (we were in puerto morelos, not cancun)
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your overall experience left you feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, especially since you usually enjoy tours. We understand your frustration regarding the camera restrictions and the photography service. We’re sorry that the communication around which cameras were permitted felt inconsistent, particularly when you saw other guests using GoPros. We also understand why the restrictions and the offer to purchase professional photos could have felt frustrating. We’re especially sorry that you and your friends felt pressured to leave a tip or were repeatedly approached about tipping, reviews, and feedback forms. Guests should never feel uncomfortable or pressured when making those decisions, and we take your comments seriously. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the cenote and transportation. We’re sorry that the return journey created additional stress and that you had to personally communicate with the driver to make sure you were dropped off at the correct hotel. While we’re glad you enjoyed the zip line, ATV, and horseback riding activities, we understand that these positive moments did not outweigh the issues you experienced with communication and the overall atmosphere. Thank you again for your honesty. Your feedback will be shared with the appropriate team so these concerns can be reviewed and addressed. 🌿🐵

ATV, Horseback riding, Zipling, Cenote with Tour Guide: Sol
Sol was our tour guide yesterday and she was INCREDIBLE. She not only kept the vibes up with her speaker playing music the whole time, but also her personality! We had a great time, everything was really safe and well organized. We moved between activities really quickly, got to ride ATV’s, do a tequila tasting, a honey and hot sauce tasting, an authentic vanilla extract tasting, zip lined, rode horses, and swam in the cenote. This was a full day of activities which we fully expected for this excursion and was exactly what we wanted! The pickup point was a little confusing and the driver was late but everything else was perfect so it didn’t even matter. The taco lunch at the end was INCREDIBLE, the pork was so yummy. The tequila was INSANELY good and I hate tequila with a firey passion and so does my boyfriend, we both loved all of the tequila though. Overall, would do it again, the price was so reasonable for everything we got to do and Sol was AMAZING :) Also the pictures that they took of us were so good, genuinely haven’t had good pictures taken of ourselves like these in YEARS. It was $60 for all of the pics and vids they took all day but it was about 120-145 pics and vids so it was worth it for the memories!
Response from the operator: 🐵 Thank you so much for taking the time to share such an incredible and detailed review! 🌿✨ We're absolutely thrilled to hear that you had such an amazing day with Sol! ☀️💚 Her energy, music, and personality truly help keep the good vibes going throughout the entire adventure! It sounds like you had the full Mayan Jungle Rush experience—from the ATVs and tastings to zip lining, horseback riding, and relaxing in the cenote! 🏍️🥃🍯🌶️🐎🪂💦 We're especially happy to hear that you felt safe and that everything moved smoothly between activities. We're also so glad you enjoyed the tacos and tequila tasting! 😂🥃 Hearing that even two people who usually don't enjoy tequila ended up loving it is definitely amazing! We do apologize for the confusion at the pickup point and the late driver, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Your feedback is valuable and will help us continue improving. And we absolutely love hearing that you enjoyed your photos and videos! 📸💚 Having over a hundred memories from your adventure makes it even more special! A huge thank you again for your recommendation and for recognizing Sol—she'll be so happy to hear how much she contributed to your experience! 🥰🙌 We can't wait to welcome you both back for another unforgettable jungle adventure! 🌴🚀💦🐵✨

Why this scores 87
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Cancun ATV, Zipline, Cenote, Horseback Riding & Tequila Tasting: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does Cancun ATV, Zipline, Cenote, Horseback Riding & Tequila Tasting cost?
+
Prices start at $59 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Cancun ATV, Zipline, Cenote, Horseback Riding & Tequila Tasting take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is Cancun ATV, Zipline, Cenote, Horseback Riding & Tequila Tasting worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 87 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 982 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Cancun ATV, Zipline, Cenote, Horseback Riding & Tequila Tasting?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Cancun ATV, Zipline, Cenote, Horseback Riding & Tequila Tasting suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Cancun ATV, Zipline, Cenote, Horseback Riding & Tequila Tasting?
+
Around 344 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Cancun ATV, Zipline, Cenote, Horseback Riding & Tequila Tasting start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
