Not worth the cost or time. Terrible tour.
£1400 for 30 minutes snorkeling by a pier. Never got to any reefs. Didn't listen to being told we'd already visited boat wreck and wanted to see reef. Stopped at another coast area with no other snorkelers. Then wind picked up so couldn't moor. There was no back up option or anywhere else for snorkeling. Gourmet meal promised by tour ambassador consisted of a bowl of fruit for our 5yr old....Just fruit for a 5hr trip. Ours was processed meat n cheese and ritz crackers that had been brought to feed fish at pier. Scammed out of a lot of money. Meant to be our final tour of holiday and 50th birthday treat. Absolutely disgusting. Tried to get a partial refund but hotel treated us appallingly as they didn't care since we were leaving. Got £200 back in end and a 'complimentary ' $100 speed boat to reef near hotel on our last day. Simply not good enough for how much we spent.

Post Heart Surgery Adventure :)
I always love being on the ocean and this tour gave me a great experience... Snorkeling (safety was a priority and the crew regularly was checking that everyone was capable of what they were going to be doing), sailing, drinking (a few too many cerveza and tequilas but hey...vacation) and swimming (know your limits but they were constantly watching) :) What more can you ask for! Ivan (I hope I spelt that correctly) and the crew were great and I hope that anyone that wants a little controlled adventure will consider this... didn't know what to expect when I was brought to the place but this was a highlight of my trip!

Isla mujeres 2026
Great experience definitely worth it. Tour guides were great people. Drinks and food were great. We had about 3 hours at the island for beach time and exploring restaurants, 30 ish minutes snorkeling, and then another 30 for swimming before getting on the island. Would do it again!
