The excursion was fine...
The excursion was fine until it was time to pay for the pictures and the workers said we were being charged $75 USD and instead $92 came off the card. When we try to address the issue, they claimed it was due to the 5% gratuity but a 5% gratuity wouldn’t take the amount from 75 USD to $92 so a resolution wasn’t found. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend this excursion for others because they are scammers. But I will say Jaguar was amazing. The one employee there that did a phenomenal job!!

Unforgettable adventure on the Route of the Cenotes in Puerto Morelos
An incredible experience on the Cenote Route in Puerto Morelos! We enjoyed a day full of adventure and nature. The tour included a visit to a beautiful cenote with crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming and relaxing in a setting surrounded by jungle. Additionally, we had a horseback ride along natural trails, where we could connect with the tranquility of nature and admire the unique landscapes of the region. Without a doubt, it is an ideal activity for those seeking to combine adventure, relaxation, and contact with nature. Totally recommended for experiencing an unforgettable time in the Mexican Caribbean!
Response from the operator: ¡Gracias por compartir tu experiencia!

Honestly one of the best tours I've done in Cancun. 100% worth it.
We booked this kind of last minute and it honestly ended up being one of the best things we did in Cancun. Everything ran super smooth from the start. Pickup was on time, check-in was easy, and the staff made everything feel relaxed and fun, not stressful at all. The ATV ride was probably my favorite cause you actually go through real jungle trails and get a bit muddy, which makes it more fun. The ziplines were awesome too, not scary but definitely exciting and really well organized. The cenote was amazing. Jumping in after all the activities felt so good, and it’s such a cool, unique spot to just take a break and enjoy. The horseback ride is short, but honestly I loved that it was included. It just adds more to the whole experience. Overall I just loved how everything flowed. You get to do a lot without feeling rushed, and it never felt like they were just trying to move you along. If you’re in Cancun and want something different from the usual beach day, I’d 100% recommend this. I’d definitely do it again!!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your amazing review! We’re truly happy to hear that your last-minute booking turned into one of the best experiences of your trip in Cancún. That means a lot to us. It’s great to know everything went smoothly from pickup to check-in, and that our team helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for you. We always want our guests to enjoy every moment stress-free. We’re glad you loved the ATV ride through the jungle trails, the exciting ziplines, the refreshing cenote, and even the horseback ride as an extra special touch. It’s wonderful to hear that the experience felt well-paced and never rushed. Thank you for recommending us so highly. We would love to welcome you again anytime you return to Cancún for another adventure!

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Cancún Jungle Combo: ATV+Ziplines+ Cenote swim+ FREE Horse Ride: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does Cancún Jungle Combo: ATV+Ziplines+ Cenote swim+ FREE Horse Ride cost?
+
Prices start at $74 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Cancún Jungle Combo: ATV+Ziplines+ Cenote swim+ FREE Horse Ride take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is Cancún Jungle Combo: ATV+Ziplines+ Cenote swim+ FREE Horse Ride worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Cancún Jungle Combo: ATV+Ziplines+ Cenote swim+ FREE Horse Ride?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Cancún Jungle Combo: ATV+Ziplines+ Cenote swim+ FREE Horse Ride suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Cancún Jungle Combo: ATV+Ziplines+ Cenote swim+ FREE Horse Ride?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Cancún Jungle Combo: ATV+Ziplines+ Cenote swim+ FREE Horse Ride start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
