Very enjoyable experience. Our guide Abdullah picked us up on time and took care of everything. He also provided very useful information that allowed us to be refunded from a service provider that overcharged us. The show and the food on the cruise were excellent and we particularly appreciated that most of the attendance was made by local people.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your time to review us and hope to serve you again here in Egypt

If you’re solo traveller, this is a good option

I had a great experience during this excursion, thanks to my tour guide Abduo Abdelaziz. So what I learned is that, the tour guide, books one of number of Nile cruises. The ‘Andrea’ boat was chosen for me. I booked this the night before and had originally selected the 6:30pm pickup but Abdelaziz recommended I do the 5pm pickup. The belly dancing on the boat lasted about 40min. It was a women, then a guy, then the same women again. So why I give it 5 stars: - Abdelaziz went above and beyond. He spoke to the boat people and put me in the less crowded show. Thus I sat right in front. (The boat had 2 floors and rooftop) - he gave me heads up that the belly dancers will come around and take pics with you for $5. He strategically took pics with his own phone - he was personable and knowledgeable. He was great to talk to - lastly, when the boat returned back to dock, there was a huge line of people for the next show. So I thanked him again by picking me up at 5pm. Avoid later shows, they’re busy and crowded. In conclusion, I had a great experience. As a solo traveler, I didn’t have to eat dinner alone. He was awesome to converse with. And he uses his own camera to take pics!! I wish I had met him sooner for my Pyramid tour. He goes above and beyond.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking time to write an amazing review for us, it is always pleasure to explore Egypt and share our culture

Cairo Nile Dinner Cruise with Belly Dancing & Hotel Transfer: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Giza.

How much does Cairo Nile Dinner Cruise with Belly Dancing & Hotel Transfer cost?

+

Prices start at $36 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Giza usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cairo Nile Dinner Cruise with Belly Dancing & Hotel Transfer take?

+

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Giza is not rushed.

Is Cairo Nile Dinner Cruise with Belly Dancing & Hotel Transfer worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Giza, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cairo Nile Dinner Cruise with Belly Dancing & Hotel Transfer?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cairo Nile Dinner Cruise with Belly Dancing & Hotel Transfer suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 20. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Cairo Nile Dinner Cruise with Belly Dancing & Hotel Transfer?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Giza can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Giza and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cairo Nile Dinner Cruise with Belly Dancing & Hotel Transfer start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Giza within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Giza?

+

On Outty we rank every Giza experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pyramids Sphinx Camel ATV Bike Shopping and Nile Dinner Cruise, Cairo 8 Hour Private Tour of Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum, Pyramids Sphinx and Grand Egyptian Museum Nile Felucca or Bazaar. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Giza?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Giza?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
