Safe driver
A+ service. Good communication and safe driver. Ahmed (the driver) was holding a sign with my name outside the arrival gates and navigate Cairo traffic in a professional and safe manner. Highly recommended service from the airport.

Didn't Show UP
After passing Immigration I got my bags and started looking for my driver, but no one ever should up. Some people tried to help by calling the company, but we had no number, and they also looked around but didn't find anyone and I had to pay a taxi service in order to get to the hotel.

Beware, if you have a schedule to keep.
Both times I used this service they came late. Stressful experiences. Never again. Driver was fine and ride was fine, but the tardiness was not great and when texting using WhatsApp it took a long time for them to respond, which again was stressful. I almost just took a taxi out of desperation and would have lost my money, but that’s what it came to.
