Experience awesome! Timing (and I can’t stress enough) Terrible!

The individual parts are amazing and well worth it: Scenic Train 10/10 Sky rail 8/10 (because only one section) Hartley’s Crocodile Farm 11/10! However the itinerary from tour company was terrible and has been put together by someone who has not experienced this. I would recommend you doing this over two days.

    Great family day

Great family day out. Disappointed that we couldn’t experience the train but you can’t help when they decide to do maintenance. The bus driver who drove us up korunda was amazing and took us down to the falls and railway station to look. Glad he did this as the only real disappointing thing was the sky rail was only a small loop not the whole ride again due to maintenance, was only given 45 min to complete this and get back to the bus, but by the time we got through the cue, as we were told 11:30, we only had time for the ride down to the lookout then get right back on to get back I time to catch the bus to the croc farm. Would be better if the y gave us an earlier time. Hartleys was amazing. Kids loved it and highlight of the holiday

Definitely Do Not Recommend. Cancelled day of.

Definitely don’t recommend. Was scheduled for a Monday tour, showed up and they said they moved me to Tuesday. No phone call, no message, just a generic message swapping the date with all the details. Absolutely unacceptable. I have had other tours change dates but they call or send a message through WhatsApp to confirm before changing. Extremely disappointed. Would have adjusted arrangements but now left with my last day and nothing to do.

Response from the operator: Dear Jennifer_M, We do call more and more international guest on their number via WhatsApp. Looking like it was not the case for you. For this, please accept my sincere apologies. I can see your tour also included Hartley's Crocodiel Adventure so I hope you still managed to join us for this. Hope the rest of your time in Cairns went well. Thank you Kind regards Nicolas Vernerey Operations Manager

    Beware not as advertised

Beware!!!!First the length of the tour was wrong on the Viator site. It said 8 hours and it was going to be close to 11. When we went to rebook since we needed to get to a flight Viator sent a message to the tour person who never answered so we were not able to go. Getting a response from the tour provider was extremely difficult. We ended up getting a call The day we were supposed to go on the tour at 8:15 (the tour should have started at 7) Asking where we were. I have no idea which tour she was calling from because we didn’t get a confirmation from the tour provider that we had been changed. We will Be requesting our money back for this tour.

Response from the operator: Dear April_A, The length of this tour varies depending on your train and Skyrail times; many options to choose from. With this also, pickup times varies depending on where you're staying at. When bookings are made, guest receive a confirmation booking providing there is a valid e-mail address or that your agent input an e-mail address. If you give me more details about your booking, I can then take a look at what went wrong with your booking. Thank you for your time Kind regards Nicolas Vernerey

    Bus drivers very informative

Great experience worth the trip up in the train, sadly the Skyrail was not working, but hartleys crocodile adventures made up for that and especially the free lunch vouchers

Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear you had a great experience and enjoyed the train journey. We’re sorry the Skyrail wasn’t operating during your visit, but we’re pleased to hear that Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures helped make up for it. Thank you for joining us and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to welcome you back in the future! Kind Regards, Grace Guest experience consultant
