Stole my money got no tickets
0/5 stars. I got tickets for sunset at 630. NEVER received the tickets!!!!!!! Got to burj with an infant and a child with autism. Burn wouldn’t let us in they said nothing they can do as I went through Viator. Called Viator and they couldn’t get me tickets for sunset same day. Said they could get tickets for ANOTHER day. even tho I traveled there for specifically that day with infant and autism which is a HANDFUL. We waited there for an hour and half for nothing to happen. And now they never even rescheduled me for another day so I’ve lost over 400 and they didn’t even refund me either.
Response from the operator: We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We sincerely apologize that you did not receive your tickets and that you and your family were left waiting for an extended period without being able to enter. We especially understand how difficult and stressful this must have been while traveling with an infant and a child with autism. We completely understand your frustration, particularly after making specific travel arrangements for the sunset experience and then being unable to attend. The lack of a timely resolution and the issues surrounding the rescheduling and refund are understandably very disappointing. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, stress, and disappointment caused, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We hope we have the opportunity to address this matter properly and restore your confidence in our service.

A must for Dubai
The tour was full of meaningful history about the Burj, and the quick ride to the tower was so worth it. Smooth and fast. The views from the 124 and 125 floors were excellent.
Response from the operator: Thrilled you enjoyed our insightful Burj tour. Your appreciation fuels our commitment to exceptional experiences.

Waste of time/money
Complete waste of money & time. Non-prime hours are supposed to be when it’s least busiest & not so crowded. However, I believe the time offered (7pm) was actually during the peak hours. It was literally no room, people were elbow to elbow & there was little space to actually view skyline. Also very unorganized, people were everywhere & the whole experience was just a waste. Didn’t even get a chance to appreciate the view because it was way too crowded & unorganized
Response from the operator: Sorry to know you did not enjoy due to crowd, however now its a different experience and very limited people are given entry and would recommend a revisit whenever you are back in dubai

Why this scores 34
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Burj Khalifa - At The Top Ticket Level 124 & 125: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubai.
How much does Burj Khalifa - At The Top Ticket Level 124 & 125 cost?
+
Prices start at $72 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Burj Khalifa - At The Top Ticket Level 124 & 125 take?
+
Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubai is not rushed.
Is Burj Khalifa - At The Top Ticket Level 124 & 125 worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 34 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable nightlife in Dubai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Burj Khalifa - At The Top Ticket Level 124 & 125?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Burj Khalifa - At The Top Ticket Level 124 & 125 suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Burj Khalifa - At The Top Ticket Level 124 & 125?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Burj Khalifa - At The Top Ticket Level 124 & 125 start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubai?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Dune Buggy Safari Tour in Red Dunes Options. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
