    Don’t waste your money

Advertised as a guided tour, unfortunately it’s a misleading advertisement, they sent us a ticket, no other information

Response from the operator: I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the guided tour. It's frustrating when advertisements don't accurately reflect the experience provided. Being sent only a ticket without any additional information certainly falls short of expectations for a guided tour. Your feedback is important as it highlights the need for clearer communication from the organizers. Thank you for sharing your experience, and I hope your future tours are more fulfilling.

At least Dick Turpin would e a mask!

Rude staff, and rushed around like cattle. View was not great, better from Road level for free, without the terrible staff! Don’t bother!

Response from the operator: We're genuinely sorry to hear about your negative experience. Rude staff and feeling rushed can indeed detract from the enjoyment of a visit. It's disappointing to hear that the view didn't meet your expectations either. Your feedback is valuable, and we will make sure to address these concerns with the management to ensure that future visitors have a more pleasant experience. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and we hope that you'll consider giving the place another chance in the future or exploring alternative options for enjoying the view without these issues. If there's anything else we can assist you with or if you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out. We aim to provide better experiences in the future.

Burj superb, Aquarium ticket very basic

Everything went like clockwork at the Burj. Staff were extremely helpful. Remember to take the stairs to lever 125. The Aquarium was not so slick. Despite having our ticket we still had to queue to have the ticket exchanged for an actual entrance ticket. Hard to navigate as certain tickets give you access to additional exhibits. We weren't sure at times if we had missed things.

Response from the operator: We're glad to hear that your experience at the Burj Khalifa went smoothly and that the staff was extremely helpful. Your suggestion to take the stairs to level 125 is valuable for future visitors seeking to avoid potential delays. However, we apologize for any inconvenience you faced at the Aquarium, especially regarding the ticket exchange process and navigating the additional exhibits. Your feedback is appreciated, and we will ensure that this concern is addressed to improve the visitor experience in the future. If you have any more feedback or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to let us know. We hope your future visits are even more seamless and enjoyable.

Burj Khalifa and Dubai Aquarium Combo Entrance Ticket: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubai.

How much does Burj Khalifa and Dubai Aquarium Combo Entrance Ticket cost?

    +

Prices start at $107 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Burj Khalifa and Dubai Aquarium Combo Entrance Ticket take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubai is not rushed.

Is Burj Khalifa and Dubai Aquarium Combo Entrance Ticket worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 36 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 28 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable family friendly in Dubai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Burj Khalifa and Dubai Aquarium Combo Entrance Ticket?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Burj Khalifa and Dubai Aquarium Combo Entrance Ticket suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Burj Khalifa and Dubai Aquarium Combo Entrance Ticket?

    +

Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Burj Khalifa and Dubai Aquarium Combo Entrance Ticket start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dubai?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Dune Buggy Safari Tour in Red Dunes Options. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dubai?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubai?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
