Boring, not as advertised
Bahram has already said everything in his review. Very boring experience, where are the mountains? Power of the buggies is very bad, hard to drive any hill. They want to sell pictures after driving, this is not included in the price. Before driving you should buy extra sun glasses and other stuff. While break you get offered drinks and Snacks, afterwards they tell you that this also has to be played extra. Bus drive from hotel very long because many people of other hotels must be picked up.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the Buggy Safari in the Taurus Mountains did not meet your expectations. The tour is designed to provide a fun off-road adventure for a range of skill levels, but we understand that some guests may find the buggies less powerful on steeper hills. Guest safety and comfort are our priorities, so the route and speed are carefully managed. Optional extras such as photos, sunglasses, snacks, and drinks are not included in the base tour price, and we apologize if this was not clearly communicated. Pickup times may be longer when collecting guests from multiple hotels, as the service is designed to accommodate all participants safely. We appreciate your comments, which help us improve both communication and expectations for future guests. Kind regards, Tourmania Team

Scam, rip off , avoid!!!
Absolute scam just drive round a dirt track for 40 mins , make you stop off for a 30’mins “break” no waterfalls no going on the mountains, I was expecting to see such nice views on the mountains but like I said it’s nothing of the sort my buggy broke down 2 times , no seatbelts either, the buggy’s I’m the pics are not the one they use there completely old and battered avoid at all costs believe me.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are genuinely sorry to read how disappointed and frustrated you felt after joining the Buggy Safari tour from Side. We understand your concerns regarding the route, scenery, and overall expectations. Buggy safaris are designed as off-road experiences on dirt tracks rather than high-altitude mountain routes or waterfall visits; however, it is clear that the tour did not meet the expectations created by the listing, and for this we sincerely apologize. Your feedback about the condition of the buggies, breakdowns during the tour, lack of seatbelts, and the difference between promotional photos and actual vehicles is taken very seriously. Safety is our top priority, and any report of mechanical issues or inadequate equipment is unacceptable. We will be forwarding your comments directly to the local operator and conducting a thorough review of their vehicles, safety procedures, and the accuracy of the tour description. If standards are not met, corrective action will be taken. We truly regret that your experience led you to feel misled, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as this helps us improve and better inform future guests. King Regards Tourmania Team

No waterfalls at all!
No waterfalls, just a break at a dusty field with plastic bottles everywhere. Even when you arrive they show pictures of waterfalls and beautiful scenery but in fact it's opposite
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the Buggy Safari at the Taurus Mountains. We sincerely apologize that the scenery and waterfall stops did not meet your expectations. We aim to provide accurate descriptions and enjoyable experiences, and we regret that this was not reflected during your tour. Your comments have been shared with our local operations team to review the route and ensure that future guests have a more enjoyable and authentic experience. King Regards Tourmania Team

Really fun morning
Had a really fun few hours, the guy who runs it is really funny and did a great job explaining everything to everyone (in 3-4 different languages!) It all felt very safe and well run, all the guys were really friendly and constantly made sure everyone was doing OK. We were rushing in the morning and forgot to take money for drinks etc but they let everyone pay when they drop you back off if needed, I'd definitely recommend taking some money to buy a mask or take your own as it's very wet and dusty out there! Only drawback was that the jet2 rep told us the transfer would take 10-15 minutes, it actually took close to an hour but not their fault.

Top organized and had a lot of fun. Attention you get very dirty, it is worth
Made a real buck and was super organized! Communication was via WhatsApp. Our hotel was not included in the selection. This could be clarified one day before the pickup via WhatsApp. The drive from the hotel to the track was about 40 minutes. Once at the track, there was a brief briefing and the opportunity to buy goggles, as well as a cloth as a mouthguard. Cost per person 8€, we found fine. Valuables could be stored in a locker. After a short test drive we hit the slopes. This had several water and mud crossings. Conclusion You get neat dirty, but it really puts you in a mood. Several stops were also made during the ride to move the somewhat slow drivers to the rear. Photos could be bought after the ride for 12€, we also received them digitally via AirDrop. We would definitely book it again!
Response from the operator: Thanks for taking the time to review. We know it takes time and we appreciate your effort! We’re glad you had a good experience and hope to see you again soon. All the best ; Murat

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Side.
How much does Buggy Safari at the Taurus Mountains from Side cost?

How long does Buggy Safari at the Taurus Mountains from Side take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Side is not rushed.
Is Buggy Safari at the Taurus Mountains from Side worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 39 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Side, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Buggy Safari at the Taurus Mountains from Side?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Buggy Safari at the Taurus Mountains from Side suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Buggy Safari at the Taurus Mountains from Side?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Side can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Side and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Buggy Safari at the Taurus Mountains from Side start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Side within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Side?
+
On Outty we rank every Side experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Antalya Quad, Buggy, Rafting & Zipline Tour w/Lunch & Transfer, Green Canyon Jeep and Boat Tour with Lunch, Jeep Safari Adventure around Green Canyon with Boat Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Side?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Side?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
