Disappointed wouldn’t recommended
It states 2 hours and you were on the atv and horses maybe 35-45 minutes. You don’t get muddy and zip lines are better and higher elsewhere. I had the staff stop my family and put us to the back of the buggy to put the other ( lighter/Spanish) family in front. (No ATV) also had staff go around me to ask the person behind me (lighter/Spanish lady) if she wanted to see her pictures. She was kind enough to point out I was next but watching that had me thank her but removed myself from spending more money with them. I felt like colorism was taking place with both of those situations, I didn’t feel that from the horse or zip line workers. They also were an hour late on picking us up and then we had to wait another hour when finished because they picked us up with a group that had another package with more excursions. So our transportation had to wait for all three families to be complete before taking us back. My family and another was done together and just sat around a hour waiting on the third family to finish. Oh let me not forget my child fell off her horse because it kept trying to eat and another horse step on her face.

Worse experience ever
Where do I begin, I hate to give a bad review but this has to . The pick up was late, we were told three different times that we were starting different activities so dressing and preparing was annoying. We were dropped off at one activity only to have to get back on the transport to go 20-25 to start another activity. The zipline was great and beautiful scenery. Then we drove back to the original start point. I reserved 3 ATV's and the young men there are telling me no since im a family i get the buggy. It was a back and forth disagreement. I asked where is the person who said he is in charge and they said he left already. So my kids drove the buggy and they decided to give me an atv. The equipment kept shutting down, my atv needed an alignment. The horseback ride was so short I could have walked the distance. Lastly we finally finished the excursion and it's time to go back to our respected resorts. We left about 3:15. Total of 7 of us. It's started poring rain , our bust had no tarp to cover the windows and we all were soaked but that wasn't the end of it. Our driver couldn't find our locations to drop us off. We were in this bus getting soaked, temperature dropped. I didn't think it could get that cold for a Caribbean country but it did. The seats were so uncomfortable our driver was driving insane. This was the worse experience I have ever had. I had really high hopes when we started and was will to let the rest be but getting back to my resort almost 4 hours later and driving in torrential rain with no protection and watching other people on the same type bus but with a covering to protect, I had enough. I could add more but I'm just smh of the experience. And now my daughter is sick.

Why this scores 61
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Buggy, Horse and Zip Line with Lunch included from Punta Cana: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.
How much does Buggy, Horse and Zip Line with Lunch included from Punta Cana cost?
+
Prices start at $99 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Buggy, Horse and Zip Line with Lunch included from Punta Cana take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.
Is Buggy, Horse and Zip Line with Lunch included from Punta Cana worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 21 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Buggy, Horse and Zip Line with Lunch included from Punta Cana?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Buggy, Horse and Zip Line with Lunch included from Punta Cana suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Buggy, Horse and Zip Line with Lunch included from Punta Cana?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Buggy, Horse and Zip Line with Lunch included from Punta Cana start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?
+
On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Cana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
