3. Avenida de Mayo

   Avenida de Mayo, located in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Monserrat, was the first boulevard in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina and the backbone of the historic and civic center of said city. 4. Avenida 9 De Julio

   9 de Julio Avenue is one of the main arteries of the City of Buenos Aires, capital of the Argentine Republic. 5. San Telmo
