Wonderful Introduction to Budapest
Four of us did the Budapest Pest side tour: Days of Glory on 9/17/2022 with Zsuzsa. Zsuzsa was very knowledgeable, of Budapest and the tour definitely covered what we had hoped to see on the Pest side of Budapest. Walking with Zsuzsa was like seeing the city with a good friend. We have done a number of introduction tours to a city ion past travels and this was one of the best. We highly recommend this tour for getting to know Budapest. Mike
Response from the operator: Dear Mike, I truly appreciate your words, it was a pleasure for me too, to show you around in Budapest. Also, I would like to wish you a very happy and successful new year, and who knows, maybe we'll see each other again one day Kindest regards, Zsuzsa

Well, just amazing! István
I had a great pleasure to participate in a walking tour led by István. It was amazing feeling to be guided by a person, who combines passion and his work. Interesting stories, history and sense of humour made those few hours a memory which I would like to keep in my mind for a long time. I could count for good advices regarding restaurants, baths, festivals and current buildings renovations - up to date guide! Walking tour around Budapest? Budapest Wonderguides!
Response from the operator: Dear Kamil, It is truly heartwarming to read your lines. In the name of István, too, we thank you for your wonderful review. We are so happy that you had such a memorable time together. Your support means a lot to us! Kindest wishes, Katalin

Amazing tour.
After 3 years living in Budapest this was my first professional city tour. There are no words to describe how much I enjoyed it and how much I learned in just a few hours. There is nothing more pleasant than finding people in love with the history of their own country. István is a incredible guide, he took care of every single detail.
Response from the operator: Dear 663milim, Thank you very much for you review, this means really a lot for us! We're soo happy to hear that you enjoyed that much your sightseeing with our lovely István Hope to seeing you around here again, don't hesitate to contact us, Our best wishes, The BWG Team

Amazing Tour Guides!
My mother and I were fortunate enough to have Kate & Zsuzsa as our tour guides for our 2.5 day private tour in Budapest. They both encompassed a very kind and caring spirit and were very accommodating to our tour destinations and interests. My mother is quite elderly and they were willing to take the tour in a slower pace and were very flexible with our schedule and modes of transport. I would strongly recommend their services for your next trip to Budapest. You will definitely have a great time like we did!
Response from the operator: Dear Pamela, Thank you so much for your feedback. It was an absolute pleasure to guide you through the city. We really appreciate your kind words. Have a blast in 2019! Katalin

Why this scores 56
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Budapest Pest side tour: Days of Glory: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Budapest.
How much does Budapest Pest side tour: Days of Glory cost?
+
Prices start at $230 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Budapest usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Budapest Pest side tour: Days of Glory take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Budapest is not rushed.
Is Budapest Pest side tour: Days of Glory worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Budapest, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Budapest Pest side tour: Days of Glory?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Budapest Pest side tour: Days of Glory suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Budapest Pest side tour: Days of Glory?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Budapest can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Budapest and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Budapest Pest side tour: Days of Glory start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Budapest within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Budapest?
+
On Outty we rank every Budapest experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Budapest City Landmarks Walking Tour in 2 Hours, Countryside Half-day Gastro-Wine Tour from Budapest Meal & pickup, Budapest free walking tour: Parliament and Shoes Memorial. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Budapest?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Budapest?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
