    Would not recommend.

It didnt meet our expectations. First of all, the driver was not at the prescribed pick up spot outside the airport door. He had parked in a garage that was under construction and we had to walk a very long way to get to the car AND he couldn’t find the vehicle. It was not a good start to say the least. Then, he couldn’t find the parking ticket to get out of of the lot so had to leave us sitting in the car while he went to some office to work it out. Then he went the wrong way out of the garage under a VERY low roof in a very tall vehicle! It looked like we would surely hit the ceiling. He had to back out of the last part of the garage because he was going in the wrong direction. We had purchased an extra hour to see sites in Ghent and had tickets for 10:00 - 10:20 for our first site. Of course we missed that so that was a 30 euro loss. We did get to see our second site but certainly didnt spend the additional time I had paid for. He finally delivered us to our hotel in Bruges although I he had difficulty figuring out the address. While I know he was not our tour guide, he could have at least made a comment or two about the countryside we were traveling through but he did not. He was a nice gentleman and the owner of the company was very quick to communicate with me when I had questions prior to our trip. BUT the cost of ~500 euros was definitely not worth it! It would not recommend this tour!

Response from the operator: Dear Gloria, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that the beginning of your transfer was stressful and did not meet the standard we aim to provide. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience at the airport, especially the parking situation, the delay with the parking ticket, and the confusion inside the garage. This is certainly not the smooth start we want for our guests, and we will address this directly with our local partner and driver. Regarding the missed entrance time in Ghent, we understand your disappointment. However, we would also like to clarify that you arrived around 30 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time. Because of this delay, missing the castle entrance was not entirely caused by the driver or the parking situation. Based on the planned schedule, the visit would still have been possible even with the parking hiccup if the pickup had started on time. At the same time, we would like to clarify that this service is a private sightseeing transfer, not a guided tour. The driver’s role is to provide safe transportation between locations and allow time for scheduled stops. Drivers are not licensed tour guides, so commentary during the journey is not part of the guaranteed service. We are glad to hear that the driver was kind and that our communication before the trip was prompt. Your comments are taken seriously, and we will use them to improve coordination and avoid similar issues in the future. Kind regards, The Europe Journey Team

Brussels to Bruges: Private Transfer with a Stop in Ghent: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Brussels.

How much does Brussels to Bruges: Private Transfer with a Stop in Ghent cost?

    +

Prices start at $213 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Brussels usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Brussels to Bruges: Private Transfer with a Stop in Ghent take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Brussels is not rushed.

Is Brussels to Bruges: Private Transfer with a Stop in Ghent worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 39 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (1/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Brussels, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Brussels to Bruges: Private Transfer with a Stop in Ghent?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Brussels to Bruges: Private Transfer with a Stop in Ghent suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Brussels to Bruges: Private Transfer with a Stop in Ghent?

    +

Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Brussels can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Brussels and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Brussels to Bruges: Private Transfer with a Stop in Ghent start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Brussels within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Brussels?

    +

On Outty we rank every Brussels experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Hungry Mary's Famous Beer and Chocolate Tour in Brussels, Brussels: Historical Walking Tour with Chocolate & Waffle Tasting, Brussels Chocolate Beer Waffle and Belgian Whiskey All-in-One (Small Group) Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Brussels?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Brussels?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
