Restaurant Sans Chichi in Uccle.
This time we went there with our grandchildren for the end of university exams. We enjoyed it as always and so did the young people. Welcome, service, cleanliness, quality and quantity of dishes, visible cuisine, I highly recommend! Lunch at €17, the cheapest and best around! Chaussée d'Alsemberg, in Uccle, terminus of 18.
Response from the operator: C'est merveilleux d'entendre que vous avez apprécié votre expérience avec vos petits-enfants! Merci d'avoir partagé vos commentaires positifs sur le restaurant.

An Outstanding Experience; Great Value & Top Notch Guide
We were cheerfully greeted by our Guide at our hotel and for the next 8 hours we traveled through Brussels non-stop. Michael was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. The itinerary was an excellent combination of places, sights, sounds and tastes we had suggested, and a fabulous selection of the places Michael suggested. At no time, did we feel rushed or pointed in a direction in terms of visits we did not want to do. It was ultimately always up to us. We specifically requested locations that were “local” to Michael and his suggestions always exceeded our expectations. Michael was the kind of guide you would want to take home for a visit with your family. You will not be disappointed and be sure to ask for Michael.

8 hour tour was a total of 5.5 hours
Our tour started an hour late because our tour guide was not able to locate our address. He was not given my cell number, even though 2 days prior I was contacted my CityUnscripted to confirm my number. We knew/agreed ahead of time that our tour would be an hour less than planned because our guide had another commitment later in the day (we were refunded for that hour after I had to email and remind them 3 weeks later) However, it was very frustrating, not being able to reach the company or tour guide at 9:30AM when our tour was supposed to start! It took an hour for us to locate each other. We ended the tour by about 3PM, so in the end paid for 7 hours but only got 5.5 hour tour with no samples of chocolate or beer as described in the description. That said, our tour guide was VERY informative and we learned so much about the beautiful city. He was wonderful, and very knowledgeable.

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Brussels Private & Personalized Full-Day Tour with a Local Guide: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Brussels.
How much does Brussels Private & Personalized Full-Day Tour with a Local Guide cost?
+
Prices start at $54 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Brussels usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Brussels Private & Personalized Full-Day Tour with a Local Guide take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Brussels is not rushed.
Is Brussels Private & Personalized Full-Day Tour with a Local Guide worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Brussels, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Brussels Private & Personalized Full-Day Tour with a Local Guide?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Brussels Private & Personalized Full-Day Tour with a Local Guide suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Brussels Private & Personalized Full-Day Tour with a Local Guide?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Brussels can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Brussels and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Brussels Private & Personalized Full-Day Tour with a Local Guide start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Brussels within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Brussels?
+
On Outty we rank every Brussels experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Brussels: Historical Walking Tour with Chocolate & Waffle Tasting, Hungry Mary's Famous Beer and Chocolate Tour in Brussels, Brussels Chocolate Beer Waffle and Belgian Whiskey All-in-One (Small Group) Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Brussels?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Brussels?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
