Great guide..too much walking
Truly excellent giude! The lady was very friendly, helpful, informative, cheerful..( and pretty) My only gripe would be that there was a li'l too much wwalking required..

Unhappy in Bruges
My rating on guide isn’t really accurate as we had two different guides. The First Gentleman who checked us in and guided us around Ghent was very personable and professional. I would rate him a 5! However, when we got to Bruges, we needed to split the group and we went with a woman named Lydia. She never used the tour transmitter and earplugs, so when we got separated from her (it was very crowded on Sunday afternoon), we couldn’t hear her. She was very quick and didn’t wait for the entire group to get together - she never counted to make sure we were all there. She spent an inordinate amount of time talking about “the Beguines” - we didn’t know who they were and it was a long boring rant - at least 30-45 minutes. Then the rest of the tour was rushed because we were now late, and it was difficult to keep up with Lydia. We were very turned around at the end of the city tour and needed to get to a boat dock. Someone in the group asked if she could take us to the boat and she told us it was very easy to get there (turn here and there…) and it wasn’t close to her bike, so, no, we were on our own. I don’t feel that we had a good tour of Bruges and I certainly didn’t appreciate it the way I thought I would. If I had known how bad she was, I would have definitely requested to stay with the other guide.

Love Viator; just can't find out how to change a booking due to flight problems!
By my error I booked this the wrong day and had to book it again . Never could find a telephone number to call or a way to contact a human person to determine how to do this. As you can sed I have booked a number of tour this ttip. Just learned tgat British Air changed my flights and now I will get to Brussels 5 hours kste tomorrow snd I will lose another tour!

Aussies in Brussels
This tour was our last tour before returning to Sydney. It didn't disappoint. Ghent has many beautiful buildings & lots of history but Bruges is the jewel in the crown with its little streets, quaint houses & canals. You can spend many hours here. Our guides were very knowledgeable & passionate about this part of Belgium. We'll remember this experience for a long time to come. We highly recommend this tour.
