Not about street art and out of date

Instructions not always clear, not up to date as some locations have changed and art is not visible. Also not that much art, more general area tour. And the adventure narrative that accompanies the guide is strange and not relevant.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. We’re currently updating this quest to reflect recent changes in the area and improve clarity and relevance. Your input is very helpful, and we appreciate you sharing it.

    Great idea but directions...

Great idea but directions were not great and some of the art was covered over with scaffold or advertising but it was a good way to find our way around

Response from the operator: Thank you for trying Questo and sharing your experience! We appreciate your feedback about the directions and obstacles. We'll work on improving the directions, and we hope you'll consider giving Questo another try in the future.

A great way to learn about street art(ists) and discover the neighbourhood

This tour was excellent and well worth the money. I really enjoyed simultaneously discovering the beautiful neighbourhood of Williamsburg and learning about the local (and non local) street artists that left their marks around the area. You can take your time and do everything at your own pace which I find a big plus. It took us a about 2 hours to do the tour and we visited spots we wouldn't normally have found. If you've got some time for exploring and like street art I would highly recommend it.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing a positive experience with Questo. We are grateful that you enjoyed the game. Hope to see you explore more games with us.

    Cool and fun!

That was just really a lot of fun! And the tour is just beautiful, by the river, and around this really cool district of Williamsburg. I had no idea it was such an interesting spot! Nice art pieces.

Response from the operator: Great to hear that you had fun with our game! Thank you for sharing your experience with us while exploring Brooklyn. Hope to see you explore more cities with us again!

Great self guided walking tour - fun, not too taxing!

Just a brilliant way to get to know Williamsburg and learn something about the history and the interesting artists. Cheap easy way to do a walking tour at your own pace and see things you wouldn’t think to check out usually.

Response from the operator: So happy to see that you enjoyed exploring Williamsburg's Street Art with Questo. Can't wait to see what you explore next with us.

Brooklyn, NY Street Art Puzzle Quest: Self-Guided Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Brooklyn.

How much does Brooklyn, NY Street Art Puzzle Quest: Self-Guided Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $6 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Brooklyn usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Brooklyn, NY Street Art Puzzle Quest: Self-Guided Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 1.2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Brooklyn is not rushed.

Is Brooklyn, NY Street Art Puzzle Quest: Self-Guided Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Brooklyn, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Brooklyn, NY Street Art Puzzle Quest: Self-Guided Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Brooklyn, NY Street Art Puzzle Quest: Self-Guided Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Brooklyn, NY Street Art Puzzle Quest: Self-Guided Tour?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Brooklyn can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Brooklyn and add a light layer if any part of the 1.2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Brooklyn, NY Street Art Puzzle Quest: Self-Guided Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Brooklyn within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Brooklyn?

    +

On Outty we rank every Brooklyn experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Brooklyn Bridge & DUMBO Food Tour: Local Eats & Iconic Views, The Escape Game Brooklyn: Epic 60-Minute Adventures in City Point, Bushwick Street Art Tour and Williamsburg Lifestyle Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Brooklyn?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Brooklyn?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
