Last minute Scramble leads to great experince .

I truly appreciate Cape Canaveral Transportation! We arrived the night before our cruise and found that there was no shuttle from the hotel and the terminal was to far to walk. So at 10pm I sent a request for quote and they go right back to me. Their pricing was great. At the time of pickup the driver was early, which I highly appreciate. He was funny, knowledgeable and professional. I will 10/10 use them again. And as a Travel Agent I will steer my customers who need service in that area to them.

Response from the operator: Thank you for the review. We sincerely appreciate it!

    Stuffed into premium cars

No one is keeping oversize luggage out of walk on premium cars. more and more people are ignoring luggage, check-in, and cramming into the cars

This is the just like limousine service without the $$$. Couldn't be better.

From my first (and only one needed!) phone call to Cape Canaveral Transportation, this was an easy, professional, friendly and accommodating experience. This was a last minute choice as Royal Caribbean screwed up my bus transportation on both embarkation and disembarkation day! Royal Caribbean does not have the Brightline Station stop correct yet. Cape Canaveral Transportation sent Cathy in a minivan with a trailer to pick up my sister and I. She had excellent communication the entire time. My sister and I are both seniors and I travel with a rollator. Cathy was able to pull up right in front of the Brightline Train Station doors at terminal C. She loaded all of our luggage and my rollator into the trailer after she got me safely and comfortably into the van. Her great driving skill and friendly conversation made the 45 mile trip to the port pleasant. She dropped us off just feet from the door to the ship terminal where I had to pick up a scooter that I had rented in advance from Special Needs at Sea. Needless to say I will use Cape Canaveral Transportation whenever I am in their area. High praises for a job well done. Thank you very much.

Response from the operator: Thank you for the great review. We are pleased to know that all ends of our company are working hard to provide the best customer service possible! We will continue to strive for 5 stars!

    Lucky I found it!

The Brightline Orlando Train Station is beautiful; however, signage is seriously lacking especially as you are finding your way through the airport roadways! If there were any signs, I did not see them. I traveled there last night and did not see one sign directing me until I passed through onto the Jeff Fuqua Blvd and even then, I did not see any signage at the entrance to the station. Had it not been for my GPS, I doubt I would have found it.

Response from the operator: We apologize for the Brightline not being easy for you. They have made recent changes and hopefully it will get easier to navigate. We are happy that we were able to deliver great service to you after your train issues! Thank you for the review!

Brightline Orlando Train Station to Port Canaveral Cruise Ships: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Orlando.

How much does Brightline Orlando Train Station to Port Canaveral Cruise Ships cost?

    +

Prices start at $192 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Orlando usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Brightline Orlando Train Station to Port Canaveral Cruise Ships take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Orlando is not rushed.

Is Brightline Orlando Train Station to Port Canaveral Cruise Ships worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Orlando, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Brightline Orlando Train Station to Port Canaveral Cruise Ships?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Brightline Orlando Train Station to Port Canaveral Cruise Ships suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Brightline Orlando Train Station to Port Canaveral Cruise Ships?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Orlando can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Orlando and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Brightline Orlando Train Station to Port Canaveral Cruise Ships start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Orlando within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Orlando?

    +

Orlando is a park town with a wetland wrapped around it. Multi-day theme park tickets and skip-ahead passes dominate, but the highest-satisfaction days are often the ones nobody plans: airboat runs on the St. Johns, manatee swims at Crystal River, and Kennedy Space Center on a launch day. We rank on wait-time value and how honestly an operator describes what is included. On Outty we rank every Orlando experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Escape Game Orlando: Epic 60-Minute Adventures on I-Drive, Kennedy Space Center with Transport from Orlando and Kissimmee, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Orlando?

    +

January to April, before the humidity and the afternoon thunderstorms settle in. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Orlando?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
