Highly recommended tour

A very professionally organised tour, with excellent communications at every stage. All aspects of the tour were as described, and we had an excellent experience. The accommodation was good, the transfers were very efficient, and the individual tours in Buzios, Rio and Iguazu Falls were all very good. No issues whatsoever.

My experience in Brazil.

I am Mexican and I just completed a 6-day tour of Rio de Janeiro and Iguazu. Honestly, I had a very good experience. The hotels were very good, the guides were attentive and knowledgeable about the places we visited. What I liked the most was the private transfers, as they made the trip much more comfortable and relaxing. Everything was well organized, and I could enjoy each destination without worrying about anything. Without a doubt, I recommend it...

Meeeh

Great hotels and guides. The Rio leg was ok. City tour was good. Tourguide gave lots of information along the way but the bus was so crowded that those sitting at the back didnt see anything at all. Trip to buzios could be improved with visiting tourist/photo spots aling the way. Iguacu leg was meh. It’s as if there is no communication with the local providers. Had to wait more that 30 mins in the airport for the pickup. The trip to the Iguacu falls is amazing but that’s just 6 hour trip back and forth could have squeezed in a few city tour in the same day.. there was also no information on the airport drop off apart from the pickup time. Both times, the driver kept asking us where is the voucher which was not even provided to us in the first place. Overall, as much as we are willing to pay for convenience I would rather book a separate tour for Rio and separate for Iguacu.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad to know you enjoyed the hotels, guides, and the Rio city tour. We would also like to mention that our driver was waiting for you at the airport. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences during the Iguazu portion of the trip, especially regarding the transfer information and overall coordination. We truly appreciate your suggestions, as they help us continue improving our services and communication with local providers. Thank you again for traveling with Mundiva Travel and for your honest review.
