They always have a great show
In my many visits to Las Vegas since 2014, I have made eight visits to the Brad Garrett Comedy Club. Choosing to go there is an easy decision. Regardless of whether Garrett is performing that night, there is always a fantastic lineup of comedians ready to make you laugh. If you happen to be there when Garrett is performing, that's an added bonus! This venue was great when it was on the lower level of the MGM, and it has only improved since moving to the main level.

BEST IN THE BUSINESS
I saw Brad in Indianapolis at our small local club a couple times back in the late 80's and he blew me away - fortunately he was performing at his club when we were in Vegas this time and we had to see him - best show decision we've ever made!!! - he's still as sharp as he was decades ago - the old man's still got it - Don Rickles humor, but a much taller Jew! - THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS - pass this on to Brad and maybe he'll get me 2 free tickets and a meet and greet...

Always a Good Show
While I understand that Brad might not appeal to everyone, my wife and I find him very funny. And yes, parts of his routine are somewhat predictable (teasing audience members about clothing styles, couples’ age gaps, haircuts, etc), and parts are not as politically correct as some would prefer, we see his shows 2-3x/ year and enjoy them, as does the majority of the audience from what we can tell. Also, the other comedians are almost always excellent. We do choose to sit towards the back as those close to the stage are more likely to be targets of jokes.

What a waste of an evening
The comedy club itself was a little dated and packed. Waitresses were nice, but clearly not enough staff. It took like a half hour to get a drink. The first comedian was pretty funny. Nobody I’ve ever heard of, but we really want to see Brad Garrett as we were huge fans of his acting in everybody loves Raymond and Seinfeld. What we weren’t expecting is for him to be a total hack that literally just went around the audience insulting people. There was no storytelling or joke structure, just insult after insult to the crowd. To me, that’s not comedy. I’m all for a good joke, but it was very evident that pretty much the whole audience was uncomfortable, and the people that he chose to pick out were pissed off. It seems little ridiculous to pay $100 a ticket to go and get berated. I am so disgusted by Brad Garrett’s performance that I likely won’t be able to watch his sitcoms and syndication anymore. I really feel like I can’t support that.

Unfunny, vile & cringeworthy
The venue itself is good - reasonably small and intimate. Waitresses serve drinks at your table (popcorn available too). It took quite a long time to get served and I felt uncomfortable that the waitress took away my debit card with her and out of my sight. I did end up getting charged for a bill that was someone else’s. The waitress did point this out to me but am still waiting a week on for the money to be returned to my bank. Anyway - went to see Vince Carone who I thoroughly enjoyed as a topical and relatable comedian - he made me laugh. However, he wasn’t on for long and ended up having to watch a vulgar, crude man (Brad Garret) who used extreme racial stereotypes, misogyny and generally distasteful, insulting and insensitive put downs to raise laughs. It was vile having to listen to this idiot. I’m certainly no prude - but that just wasn’t comedy - you need to be much cleverer than that Mr Garret. Wouldn’t go and see him again even if you paid me! Vile human being! Cringeworthy!

Why this scores 44
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Brad Garrett's Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Las Vegas.
How much does Brad Garrett's Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino cost?
+
Prices start at $55 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Las Vegas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Brad Garrett's Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Las Vegas is not rushed.
Is Brad Garrett's Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 44 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 130 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Las Vegas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Brad Garrett's Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Brad Garrett's Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Brad Garrett's Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino?
+
Around 46 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Las Vegas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Las Vegas and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Brad Garrett's Comedy Club at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Las Vegas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Las Vegas?
+
Las Vegas sells two trips at once: the Strip after dark, and the red-rock desert that starts twenty minutes past the last casino. Helicopter runs to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam half-days and Red Rock Canyon drives all leave early, while show tickets, speakeasy crawls and high-roller dining fill the evening. Outty Ranking weighs operator reliability heavily here, because the gap between a well-run desert tour and a coach-and-queue version is enormous. On Outty we rank every Las Vegas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small Group: Valley of Fire Half Day Tour from Las Vegas, Small Group Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, 7 Magic Mountains VIP Tour, Grand Canyon West, Hoover Dam Stop, Breakfast, Lunch & Skywalk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Las Vegas?
+
October to April. Summer highs above 105F make midday outdoor tours punishing. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Las Vegas?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
