Misleading and deceptive — not a private transfer The booking experience and promotional material for this “Both Ways Airport Transfer (Nevsehir Kapadokya – Kayseri Erkilet)” completely misrepresent the service. It strongly implies a private transfer — the imagery, price point, and description all point toward a more premium experience. At no stage during booking or in the confirmation email is it made clear that this is a shared shuttle. You only find that information if you click through multiple “more details” links and expand several hidden sections — something no reasonable person would feel the need to do if the key info was already presented up front. This isn’t just unclear — it’s misleading. I would never have booked a shared transfer. The company (Gate of Cappadocia Travel) absolutely knows they are doing this and they offer to refund your return fare (leaving you to arrange new transport) but they retain the highly inflated fee for the shuttle bus transfer. These transfers are 300 Turkish lira or $15AUD ($9.71USD). They are charging $33.99USD return which is much more aligned with private transfers with reputable companies. Avoid this provider if you’re expecting a private transfer. There are more transparent operators out there.

In order to help you, we canceled the return transfer and refunded your money. This comment you made upset us because we patiently explained the status of your reservation to you and helped you with the refund. The driver picked me up and dropped me off , both ways airport transfer were perfect . The driver picked me at hotel 7:25 am and I arrived at Kayseri airport around 8:30 , My flight was at 9:55

Okay pick up experience if you are okay with waiting

Pick up on our way to Nevsehir was on time, but we had to wait around 30 mins for other people to come out also. Pick up on our way to the airport was very late, they said one time and came 45 mins after, which I think was disrespectful as we had to wake up earlier than normal and wait for nothing.
