Borobudur Sunrise On Temple Structure Guided Tour With Breakfast

Great service, punctual, friendly

Getting a private driver to pick us to and fro Borobudur was great! We benefited from staying at a hotel near the temple so we got there early. Wisata Aman Nyaman reached out a day before to confirm the time and driver, and Ekko picked us up on the actual day. Ekko was punctual, helped us with ticketing, explained the history of Borobudur briefly, before we were led by the temple’s official guide. Thank you for getting us there and back!

Good trip to Borobudur temple, but no Prambanan temple visit included

For the most part this trip was great, however the late notice of one of the temples not being open was disappointing. We were told quite last minute by the tour provider that this would be the case, after I'd already try to make contact,as I had been told by someone that one of the temples was not accepting guests due to being closed off for a presidential visit, so being able to book this was disappointing. Sunrise at Borobudur temple was a good experience to have - the tour guide was great, really helpful throughout though sometimes was stood in places where the whole group couldn't hear or started talking about something when everyone was not present. However as there are limited numbers allowed onto the site this helped towards a good experiencing in being able to see and experience different things. Seeing the lands lighting up was beautiful. However it felt like we were there for too long, there was a lot of waiting around before /after sunrise, and unfortunately the clouds rolling in meant we couldn't actually see the sunrise. So it was a little too long, but breakfast being included was a good addition.

At that time, we provided you with clear options: a full cancellation with a 100% refund, or a partial refund for Prambanan while proceeding with the visit to Borobudur Temple. You knowingly and willingly chose to proceed with the Borobudur visit. Consequently, we issued a refund for your Prambanan ticket and even gave you a discount on the transport cost since you only visited one temple that day. You accepted this solution with full awareness, so it is deeply unfair that you are now holding us accountable for a situation we did not cause. Please understand that the temple closure applied to all visitors without exception. Leaving a negative rating for an event completely outside our control is unjust, especially after you willingly accepted our compensation. Leaving a damaging review under these circumstances is neither fair nor mature, considering you were fully informed and chose the solution yourself.

Sunrise at Borobudur is so worth it; we had the best driver in all Yogyakarta

An amazing experience and very much worth the additional price for the sunrise. Tour groups were kept to a very manageable size and you didn’t feel crowded. Breakfast after was also very worthwhile after an early start and the climb to the top. Our driver was Praja and he is fantastic. Exceptional service, very attentive and super fun to be around. Praja made the Borobudur experience that much better and would highly recommend his service

Satisfied from start to finish!

Our guide Jarot picked us up at our hotel and brought us to Borobudur for the sunrise temple with breakfast experience. Highly recommended! Good communication in advance where we received a whatsapp message a day in advance to confirm our details and supplies. Once there we craved one of our guide a very interesting tour to the top of the temple. We were 5 groups of 10 who were allowed in so we had all the luxury to take pictures without the crowds of others. It was very nice to see the temple and the greenery around it in all the different colors of the rising sun! After breakfast Jarot brought us back to the hotel. He offered us a stopover without obligation to taste Kopi Luwak somewhere. Do know that if you go along with this, you pay 80,000 IDR for a small bag, unless you buy coffee locally to take home.
