Bologna cooking class in a restaurant

We're so glad we took this class. Our instructor was outstanding! He shared so much knowledge about the history of making pasta and why preparation was done in such a specific way. His love of cooking showed especially in our final pasta creation and Tiramisu. I would highly recommend this class. The only suggestion that I have is to have a smaller class or to have it in a bit larger location restaurant as we were a bit cramped. However, we preferred a professional restaurant over someone's home due to animal allergies (many home instructors have animals in their homes.) Great class and highly recommend!

Fun evening to learn about the food

What a great experience. Our chef was funny and helpful. The only thing bad was that it was a bit crowded. The space was tight. The food , wine and experience was awesome. If you have time this is a high recommend.
