Great day at Bollywood

Great studio tour with Sushil
A couple days ago we did a studio tour with Sushil and it was really amazing! We visited live production sites, lots of different sets, learned about sound techniques, typical Bollywood music and dances and also about the Bollywood film history and culture. The whole tour was really exciting and gave a very authentic insight into the film production. We visited other studies in LA already, but this was much more interesting and personalized! Sushil was fun, friendly and always ready to answer our questions! Thank you once again for the memorable tour on our last day in Mumbai !

Bollywood Dreams
Another good tour with Mumbai Dream Tours. It takes place in SJ Studios, which I believe is one of only two studios within the city which permits tours. Located in Andheri, it is quite a trek if you’re staying in Colaba, allow at least 75 minutes by car. You can make your own way, but I booked a transfer and guide through Mumbai Dream Tours. Both my guide, Rakesh, and driver, Anam were excellent. The tour began with us witness to live filming of a couple of TV shows, followed by a look around some sets. After that, we spent time in a dubbing studio, finishing off with a Bollywood dance performance in a minuscule studio. Our group was around 10 strong. The tour is a bit of fun and lasts around 3 hours.

Amazing experience!!!
SJ Studio tour with Dinesh was amazing. He explained everything in detail, showed love sets, let us take pictures with actors and also on the various sets available for films and tv series. The Bollywood dances and videos were awesome and made us a part of presentations and performances. We especially enjoyed the karaoke activity in the recording studios & taking pictures with props next to the statues of various star actors. Thanks Dinesh and the SJ Studio team. We will be back soon!!!
