Tour NOT Delivered As Advertised—Choose Wisely, Compare Prices
I reached out to the company directly to share my concerns about an experience for which I believe I paid for a service that was not delivered in its entirety. Unfortunately, despite taking the time to voice my concerns, I never received a response. I always prefer to give a company the opportunity to address my concerns directly before sharing my experience in a public review. Positives: The boat was very nice, modern, and comfortable overall, but a rental boat. Hence, it was not the boat shown in the advertised photos. The bathroom promised was ONLY for staff. The bed on the back only accommodated two people comfortably. Bed was monopolize by 2 people out of the 12, and the guide never intervened or addressed. The tour, was NOT delivered as advertised. The tour skipped the second advertised stop and instead took us to a beach club off Hvar. The beach club was very nice, but extremely expensive and certainly NOT for everyone—and, most importantly, it was NOT what was advertised. We could have visited Hvar earlier and then stopped at the swimming spot on the way back. The guide explained that some locations were too crowded, but it is August—crowds should be expected, and a better alternative plan should have been in place. Our last stop was Šolta. We stopped on the back side of the island for a swim, which was enjoyable, but we were NOT given the opportunity to walk around the island as advertised. Šolta is beautiful and deserved more time to explore rather than simply being used as a swimming stop. We were NOT there for the time outlined in the schedule. Overall, while the boat itself was nice, the itinerary and experience did NOT match what was advertised. For the price, I expected the advertised stops and activities to be delivered, or at minimum, felt that the guide decided on the schedule.
Response from the operator: Dear Giannina, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations, and we would also like to apologize if your earlier message was missed and remained unanswered. However, we would like to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. The itinerary published for this tour represents the planned route, but as clearly stated in our tour information, the exact itinerary and duration of individual stops may be adjusted by the skipper depending on sea conditions, port traffic, crowds, and other circumstances on the day. This is particularly important during August, when some bays and ports can become extremely congested. Our crew's priority is always to provide the best possible experience rather than spend a significant part of the day waiting to enter an overcrowded location. On your tour, the crew therefore made adjustments to the itinerary and selected alternative swimming locations. We understand that you would personally have preferred to follow the original schedule exactly, and we are sorry that the alternatives chosen were not what you expected. Regarding Šolta, this stop can be used either for swimming or for visiting one of the island's coastal villages depending on the timing and conditions of the day. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to combine every advertised possibility within one tour while still maintaining the overall schedule. We would also like to clarify that the boat used was a same premium category and capacity. While it was not the exact vessel pictured, it was a modern and comfortable boat suitable for the tour. The sunbed is a shared area available to passengers; on a small-group tour with up to 12 guests, unfortunately we cannot control how individual guests choose to use every seating area throughout the day. Regarding the toilet, we are sorry for the misunderstanding. If you were subsequently told it was for crew use only, we agree that this should have been handled and communicated more clearly, because it not the toilet for crew only, only cabin is for crew only while the toilet can be used by guest any time you just need to ask the crew. We genuinely regret that you left feeling that the experience was not what you had booked. At the same time, the tour was operated in full, with the itinerary adapted by the crew based on the real conditions they encountered that day. Such adjustments are sometimes necessary on a full-day island-hopping tour, particularly during peak season, but we understand that they should always be communicated as clearly as possible to our guests. Thank you again for your feedback. We will use it to improve both our pre-tour information and communication on board. Kind regards, Island Hopping Split Team

A day on the Dalmatian coast
Long day visiting four islands with spectacular waters of an intense turquoise blue. The beginning was somewhat chaotic but then everything went well. There is time to visit a coastal town, swim at beaches, and relax on the boat.

Bol, Hvar and Pakleni Speed Boat Tour
We had an absolutely wonderful experience on this speedboat tour! It was a full 10-hour day, and everything was so well organized from start to finish. Our skipper and host were both incredibly friendly, informative, and attentive, making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The boat was spotless, there was plenty of water available throughout the day, and every stop was well planned. One of our favorite features was the two reclined sunbeds at the back of the boat. They were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery while cruising between destinations. This was such an enjoyable day for all of us—my husband, our 23-year-old son, and me. It was the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and sightseeing. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable day on the water. Bol Hvar Pakleni Islands Small Group Tour From Split: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Split.
How much does Bol Hvar Pakleni Islands Small Group Tour From Split cost?
+
Prices start at $160 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Split usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Bol Hvar Pakleni Islands Small Group Tour From Split take?
+
Plan for about 9.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Split is not rushed.
Is Bol Hvar Pakleni Islands Small Group Tour From Split worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Split, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Bol Hvar Pakleni Islands Small Group Tour From Split?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Bol Hvar Pakleni Islands Small Group Tour From Split suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Bol Hvar Pakleni Islands Small Group Tour From Split?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Split can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Split and add a light layer if any part of the 9.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Bol Hvar Pakleni Islands Small Group Tour From Split start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Split within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Split?
+
On Outty we rank every Split experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Split Small-Group Walking Tour with a Magister of History, Split Walking Tour with Professor of History, From Split: Krka Waterfalls, Food & Wine Tasting Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Split?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Split?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
