Professional Operator and an Unforgettable Day Trip
We had a fantastic day trip to Kos Island.Everything was well organized, from the hotel transfer to the ferry. The operator was extremely attentive, professional, and always available to answer our questions before and during the trip. Their communication was excellent, which made the whole experience stress free. Kos is a beautiful island with plenty of time to explore, enjoy the local cafés, and walk around the charming old town. Everything went smoothly, and we would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bodrum. Thank you for the excellent service….
Response from the operator: Thank you for your kind review! We’re delighted you enjoyed your trip to Kos Island and that everything went smoothly. Your recommendation means a lot to us. We hope to welcome you again on another adventure!

Our driver arrived over...
Our driver arrived over 35 minutes late with no communication or updates, leaving us wondering if we had been forgotten. We tried contacting customer support several times, but the responses we received were blunt and unhelpful. Calling the support number went straight to voicemail, and the telephone number printed on our ticket was incorrect, making it impossible to get any useful information. Once we finally arrived at the port in Kos, we were then kept on the boat for over an hour and a half without any explanation as to why we were waiting. At no point during the booking process was it made clear that there would be such lengthy delays or waiting times. Better communication and clearer expectations would have made a huge difference. The lack of organisation, poor communication, incorrect contact details, and inability to get assistance when we needed it made what should have been an enjoyable excursion extremely frustrating. Overall, the experience fell well below our expectations, and unfortunately, we would not recommend this trip based on our experience.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry that your day did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the delay in your hotel pickup. Unfortunately, unexpected traffic and operational conditions can occasionally affect transfer schedules. However, we agree that you should have been kept informed, and we regret the lack of communication regarding the delay. Regarding your time at the port in Kos, the waiting period was due to port authority and ferry traffic procedures, which are managed by the local maritime authorities and are outside the control of tour operators. During busy periods, departures and disembarkation may take longer than expected for safety and operational reasons. We also apologize if you experienced difficulties reaching customer support. We take your comments about the contact information and communication very seriously and will review them with our team to ensure future guests receive more timely assistance. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our service. We appreciate your patience and are sorry that your experience did not reflect the standard we aim to provide.
