My dream come true!

For 20 years I have been dreaming of traveling to Lajatico and exploring the home of Meastro Bocelli. This year I made that dream come true, thanks to the team of Great Italy Tour for the Bocelli Farmhouse! Everything was extremely smooth, painless, and absolutely beautiful. I got to see the house where my idol lived, where the most delicious wine is made, and the absolute most delicious food at Officine Bocelli. I met Alessio Boceeli, the Maestros nephew who was extremely knowledgeable of the wines they offer and overall a standout person! Thank you Roberta and Team for this experience that will be a piece of my heart for the rest of my life! GRAZIE GRAZIE MILLE PER TUTTE!!!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much, Gabriel, for sharing such a heartfelt review! It means the world to us to know we could help make your 20-year dream come true. We're delighted you enjoyed the Bocelli Farmhouse experience, the wines, the food, and meeting Alessio. Your kind words are truly appreciated, and we hope to welcome you back to Italy for more unforgettable memories. Grazie mille!

Rome in a Day

We booked the Bocelli Music and Art excursion at the last minute because our original excursion was canceled. We are so glad we picked this excursion. The entertainment and food were fabulous. The sights we saw in Rome were breathtaking. And the best part of the trip was our driver Beatrice who told us everything we needed to know about Rome. Her enthusiasm for her city is incredible. We felt so safe with her. She answered all of our questions with no hesitation. It was a fabulous day and we want to go back to Rome and have Beatrice show us some more of her beautiful city.

Response from the operator: Ciaoo! Buonasera! Thank you for your review written with kindness and joy of your journey with us in Italy! Great Italy Tour is always pleased to make its customers satisfied! We hope to have you on your next trip in our country! Best Regards, Great Italy Tour team.

Bocelli music and art

Salvatore exceeded our expectations for this tour. He was absolutely wonderful. he showed us all the highlights of Rome with wonderful advantage points, considering the pope died yesterday with limited access to a lot of the attractions. with huge crowds everywhere he managed to quickly take us and bring us without a lot of traffic.

Response from the operator: Dear Lynn, Buonasera! Our team is pleased by an amazing review about our Bocelli Essence of Wine! We are glad to hear that you have a memorable day also with our professional driver Salvatore! Great Italy Tour is always pleased to make its customers satisfied! Looking forward to meet you again in another Italian experience with us! Best Regards, Great Italy Tour team.

Bocelli arts and music tour

Alex did a great job! Good driver, took us through the narrow, winding streets of Rome. We saw the Vatican, the Colluseum, the Spanish steps and more and he was attentive to our safety. I highly recommend him!

The entire day was amazing from the friendly staff to the hosts presentation. The lunch was fantastic also. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone but in particular, Bocelli fans!

Bocelli Essence of Wine and Volterra Tour from Rome: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rome.

How much does Bocelli Essence of Wine and Volterra Tour from Rome cost?

+

Prices start at $440 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rome usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Bocelli Essence of Wine and Volterra Tour from Rome take?

+

Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rome is not rushed.

Is Bocelli Essence of Wine and Volterra Tour from Rome worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 23 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rome, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Bocelli Essence of Wine and Volterra Tour from Rome?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Bocelli Essence of Wine and Volterra Tour from Rome suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Bocelli Essence of Wine and Volterra Tour from Rome?

+

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rome can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rome and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Bocelli Essence of Wine and Volterra Tour from Rome start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rome within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Rome?

+

Rome runs on skip-the-line access. The Colosseum underground, the Vatican before opening, and the catacombs south of the walls all require a licensed operator, and the price gap between the good ones and the rest is smaller than you would expect. We rank by guide credentials, group size and how reliably the promised access actually materialises. On Outty we rank every Rome experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Rome Pasta and Tiramisu Class: Ravioli, Fettuccine & Fine Wine 5*, Pasta Making & Wine Tasting with Dinner in Frascati from Rome, Rome: Pizza & Tiramisu or Gelato Class with Flowing Fine Wine 5*. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Rome?

+

April, May, September and October. August is hot and half the city is shut. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Rome?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
