Bob Marley grew up in a small house in the small rural town of Nine Miles, before moving to live in Trench Town in Kingston. Bob Marley would occasionally visit his birthplace to meditate, relax and vibe, for the most part this place gave him the inspiration to record some of his greatest hits. On this tour you will be able to see his home, view the gallery, museum and mausoleum while listening to the sounds of music from this icon. Dunn’s River Falls is an astounding flowing falls that extends across more than 183 meters or 600 feet. Dunn’s River Falls one of the most well liked travel destinations on the island. Pure Separation
Very very long trip. 3 hours one way..need to have some complimentary Red Stripes on board. Also for price one of park admission should be included. You need to have complimentary drinks or snacks for a 6 hour trip roundway.

Bad experience
For starters she arrived very late. With het family in the bus ( Child an babydaddy). We agreed 2 month’s in advance what the route would be. Upon arrival she changed it, stating it was to far, to busy and that we would not make it back on time to the ship. (Did she discover this info that day ? ) and rushed us to make a quick desishon while already on the road. We spend almost 2 hour’s sitting in the bus, riding ( in responsibly) into the mountains. We couldn’t see anything of the island. We ask her about the history or important things of Jamaica, we haven’t received that information either. What kind of touring guide are you to not even know anything to tell about your own Country ?? She charged us a lot of money $75 for visiting 3 placed (what was agreed in advance) and ended up visiting one. Mind you on the spot she told us that this amount was without the entrance fee to the 9 mile.( Bob Malrey’s house). We ask for refund, still to the date, we haven’t received it. That was the most expensive tour i’ve experienced and been on till now. It was a rip of and e family trip for them.

Brilliant day out
Was an absolutely brilliant day and very informative. The guide was very knowledgeable and answered any questions. Well set out . There was also a band on singing bob marley tunes . Brilliant day out

Best Time Ever
I visited Jamaica for my 30th birthday, and loved every moment of it! The staff was very friendly and helped me along my way. Orlando is/was awesome! He made sure to assist whenever we needed the help. Definitely will book this is excursion again! The tour guide at 9 mile and Bob Marley was fun and entertaining as well!

Definitely worth doing
This is a really varied day. I think Dunns river is something you have to do whilst in Jamaica - they describe is as being like the pyramids for Egypt. It is quite a thing to say we have climbed it and I’m glad we did but I don’t think it was a pretty as YS falls so I’d recommend going there too. Because you are concentrating on climbing, and do this in a group holding hands, I felt that there was limited opportunity to stop and take in the beauty of the surroundings. 9 miles is another one that I’m pleased we did but it didn’t feel that authentic other than the last bit when you go into the grave. There are lots of picture opportunities and gift shops. There also feels that there is an expectation to smoke, drink or eat the weed available for sale there - although we didn’t. The tour guides and very knowledgeable. If you are a Bob Marley fan I think you’d really enjoy it as there is lots to look at and learn. We went to a lunch stop on this tour which was nice and felt quite authentic. Note that to get to these excursions you are on the mountain roads for a long period of time and they do not drive carefully out there. Maybe not suitable for those who get travel sick!
