Night cruise
There is nothing to it. Just music. You stay on the boat and look at the water and buildings and have drinks. Please watch your belongings. We did not have a good experience with that. My husband almost got pick pocketed…if he wouldn’t pay attention he would loose his wallet and cell phone. Some people use their kids to steal stuff from travelers.

None of my guides were aware of what happened; they should have notified us so we could have taken immediate action. However, when I asked you about the tour, you said everything was excellent. These are things that should be reported. Regarding the activity, it's a two-hour tour of Cartagena Bay, with drinks, music, and entertainment included. It's up to you whether or not you enjoy the activity. Thank you very much.

Good tour, excellent experience.
Excellent experience on board the boat, a good and entertaining host. Access to the open bar, satisfied with the tour. In general, we were a couple and enjoyed the experience a lot. Watching the sunset on the boat, accompanied by good music and a fun atmosphere.

They wrote us on WhatsApp minutes after we booked, then we went to the pier and there were many boats, the guide sent us accurate information, then we located the boat and started the fun, so they were two hours of tour of the bay, they offered us cocktails and music during the tour My friends and I enjoyed ourselves to the fullest

Don’t do it!
This was a groo misrepresentation of what took place. Open bar?? Really. There is no actual bar, just a couple of big bottles of liquor and some plastic cups to pass around. Speed boat?? Nope. Glorified dinghy. The communication is not clear. For example when you book your ticket they just give you the generic location of where to meet. Lo and behold there are several companies doing g tours from this very popular docking boardwalk. They never tell you in the details that someone will contact you via WhatsApp!! Well, I discovered that after waiting in a line at a particular gate for 20-25 minutes only to discover my name was not on their list. So, I was told walk down the boardwalk and ask those other people, well after striking out two more times, on the third group of people my ticket was discovered, and the young lady tells me, we texted you on WhatsApp and sure enough, they had. I told her it’s rare I have that app set to notify me and so if that’s the preferred way of communicating, why wasn’t I informed at the time of booking?? Duh!!! So the details said we would stop at this little barrio, we rode by it, never stopped. So essentially it’s not a party boat, it’s a dinghy that goes out to middle of bay and turns around and comes back! Do NOT mess with Viator! I think they are contracting with local companies and have no clue of the shoddy practices being done in their name! Shame shame shame

How can you go into a neighborhood in the middle of the bay? That's really strange. As for the open bar, they don't allow us to serve drinks in bottles or glass cups during the boat trip, so we serve the liquor in disposable cups, which the guide collects at the end of the tour. I think you're on the wrong tour.
