Blue Lagoon Cruises Offers a First Class Cruise Experience in Fiji
Blue Lagoon Cruises provided my wife and I with a first class cruise experience in Fiji. The ship and our cabin was well-equipped to provide for all of our needs and the staff was simply incredible! The itinerary provided us with opportunities to relax, explore the islands of Fiji, snorkel among incredible reefs, and make new friends. Our 4-night cruise provided a great experience, but we are looking forward to returning in 2028 for a 7-night cruise with our Salisbury Cruise Club members.

A wonderful experience
We have just returned from the 4-night Blue Lagoon Cruise and what an incredible experience it was! The boat itself was lovely, our cabin was spotlessly clean, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. We were greeted with a beautiful beach bag, sarongs, reusable water bottles and other lovely touches which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent throughout the cruise. There was certainly no danger of going hungry – in fact there was probably a little too much! Every meal was delicious with plenty of choice. The included excursions were all well organised and gave us the opportunity to experience the beautiful Yasawa Islands. Whether it was snorkelling, village visits or exploring, every activity was enjoyable and professionally run. What really made the holiday, however, was the crew. Every single member of staff was friendly, welcoming and genuinely seemed to enjoy making our trip special. Nothing was too much trouble, and they created such a warm, relaxed atmosphere on board. One thing that particularly impressed us was the emphasis on safety. Whether we were snorkelling, visiting the caves or taking part in other excursions, the crew took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured everyone felt comfortable and safe before each activity began. It was reassuring to see such a professional approach while still keeping everything fun and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend Blue Lagoon Cruises to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Fiji. It was the perfect combination of relaxation, adventure and outstanding hospitality, and we left with wonderful memories that will stay with us for a long time.

A truly terrible and deeply unempathetic organization.
We are extremely disappointed with Blue Lagoon Cruises Fiji and their complete lack of compassion and humanity. On April 27, we booked a 4-night cruise, something we had saved very hard for as a second honeymoon. However, on April 29, I suffered a serious accident and urgently needed surgery back home in the Netherlands. Due to this medical emergency, we were physically unable to travel or participate in the cruise. Despite our desperate attempts to resolve this situation fairly, Blue Lagoon Cruises refused any form of refund, compensation, credit, or even the option to rebook for another date. We even provided official medical documentation from the medical center, where doctors personally requested that the company issue a refund due to the emergency circumstances. Still, the response was essentially: goodbye $7,274. We find this absolutely heartless, inhumane, and disgraceful. We understand cancellation policies exist, but showing zero flexibility or empathy in the case of a sudden medical emergency is beyond unreasonable. We did not use the cruise, the facilities, the food, or any services whatsoever, yet not even a partial refund was considered. The company talks about a “7-day cooling-off period,” but apparently that means nothing when customers experience genuine emergencies shortly before departure. We will never, ever book with Blue Lagoon Cruises again, nor will we recommend them to anyone. This experience has been devastating both emotionally and financially. A truly terrible and deeply unempathetic organization.

Amazing trip.
Though we have travelled extensively, we have never been on a cruise before. The Yasawa Islands and Blue Lagoon Cruises were recommended to us. We had the most exceptional experience. All crew members were fantastic and made sure we were safe at all times when we were experiencing the amazing Islands. 12/10 for bed comfort, food, information on next days travel, happy staff and likeminded fellow travellers.
