Amazing Blue Hole Experience!! Great memories!

Our driver was the best, he stopped for us to use restroom and souvenir shopping! Our only complaint was after our experience we were cornered into purchasing items from vendors set up at the Blue hole. The prices they told us would change considerably. We paid for pictures bought some drinks and souvenirs snd they still wanted more money. This experience could end future tourists front visiting.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review. We're happy to hear that your driver provided great service and made your trip comfortable with restroom and shopping stops along the way. We're sorry to hear about your experience with some of the vendors at Blue Hole. Unfortunately, these vendors operate independently, and we understand how frustrating it can be when prices are unclear or change unexpectedly. We appreciate your feedback and will encourage our guests to confirm prices before making purchases. Thank you for visiting, and we hope to welcome you back to Jamaica in the future.

    Blue Hole Jamaica amazing

We had a great time at the Blue Hole. Indiana was our driver she was friendly and knowledgeable about Jamaica. She got us safely to our location and on time. We met Dawson at the Blue Hole who was our guide. He was a lot of fun and very helpful with us. The place was amazing, a must see. I would highly recommend taking the blue hole tour with this company!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you had a great time at the Blue Hole. Indiana will be so happy to know that her friendliness and knowledge made a positive impact on your trip. We're also glad Dawson helped make your visit to the Blue Hole fun and memorable—he truly enjoys what he does! It means a lot to us that you'd recommend our tour, and we hope to welcome you back for another adventure in Jamaica soon! Warm regards, Corey's Jamaica tours and transfers

    Nickel and dimer

Charged 300$ for booking and transportation, then charge 80$ more when we arrived at location. Cannot recommend

Response from the operator: Hi Nickel and Dimer, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent trip to the Blue Hole Waterfall and also the concerns regarding the charges you encountered during your recent visit. We understand how unexpected fees can be frustrating. The initial charge of $300 covers your admission, Bottle water and transportation, while the additional $80 reflects optional purchases made during your visit, such as photos, the tipping of your Guide ( at Blue hole) and souvenirs. These costs are not included in the initial booking and are at the discretion of our customers. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve on our products and services. Thank you

Blue Hole Waterfall Tour from Montego Bay: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Falmouth.

How much does Blue Hole Waterfall Tour from Montego Bay cost?

    +

Prices start at $100 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Falmouth usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Blue Hole Waterfall Tour from Montego Bay take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Falmouth is not rushed.

Is Blue Hole Waterfall Tour from Montego Bay worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Falmouth, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Blue Hole Waterfall Tour from Montego Bay?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Blue Hole Waterfall Tour from Montego Bay suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Blue Hole Waterfall Tour from Montego Bay?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Falmouth can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Falmouth and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Blue Hole Waterfall Tour from Montego Bay start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Falmouth within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Falmouth?

    +

On Outty we rank every Falmouth experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include ATV Jungle Safari Tour from Montego Bay, Jamaica Culture Tour: Culinary, Cultural, History and Dance, Jamaica Martha Brae Bamboo Rafting with Bus Transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Falmouth?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Falmouth?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
