Blue Hole was Amazing!
My family and I had the best time with Genius Jamaica Tours. We went to the Blue Hole and it was absolutely amazing. Fun was had by all, and we had a range of ages in our group. Our guide and driver were so welcoming and sweet, that were all family by the end of the day. I highly recommend them.

We had a great time and waited a small amount of time to get started with our tour. The price range was also reasonable
We had an excellent experience with the tour guide and the driver! My kids won't stop talking about it.. We had a awesome experience. The car ride with Genius was full of vibes and we felt at home even if it was in a car. It was very amusing and the outcome of the day was very unexpected in a good way. Touring with Genius is one of the best decisions I've made and I will definitely be booking again with my family! Thank you for this experience.. we'll never for it.

In Need of Customer Service Training
We were initaly introduced to genius as our taxi driver or tour guide for the amount of 40 dollars, we were to do a tour of the city and some shopping areas. Once in the cab she introduced other places to go at a rate of $65. My companions agreed to visit the Blue Hole. I was no intered in this site so I stayed in the vehicle. Genius then left the vehicle and returned with a meal and drink. I was never offered any good or refreshments. She then moved the vehicle closer to the food area and still no offer of refreshments. Once done at the site, we were taken up the mountain and then dropped at a shopping site. She told my companions that we could walk back to the pier. I disagreed with that and an individual called her for us to return to the port. I find her social interaction with me as being inconsiderate.
