Transportation Fee and schedules
We were Welcomed by the transport staff nicely. The driver drove us to our deztination safely. The problem was that i have to call several times to Viator reg the transport fee and pick up and drop off placez which made me pay big amt for my tel bills.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that the staff was welcoming and the driver ensured a safe journey. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the need to make multiple calls regarding the transport fee and pickup/drop-off details. Your concerns are valid, and we will work to improve communication processes to make things smoother and cost-effective for our customers in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to serve you again with an even better experience! 🌟

Unsafe and uncomfortable
I booked a sedan , they sent a small car. Driver was really bad and insecure. I feared for my life, afraid of a car crash.

Reliable service
Worked well, I could easily find the agent in BKK airport. Car was comfortable, driver was cautious.
Response from the operator: I'm glad to hear that your experience at BKK airport went smoothly and that you could easily find the agent. Comfortable transportation and a cautious driver are essential for a pleasant journey, and we're pleased that you had a positive experience overall. If you have any more experiences to share or if you have any questions, feel free to let us know!

Good driver but different car than booked
The reservation stated this was an SUV or Van transportation but I was offered for a small sedan when I arrived. Maybe it was just me with a suitcase so they switched the car? I'm fine with the sedan but this differed with the reservation I made! I wish it's more consistent.
Response from the operator: It's understandable that you expected an SUV or van based on your reservation, and it's important for the service to be consistent with what's advertised. Changes, especially without clear communication, can be a source of inconvenience. Your feedback is valuable, as it highlights the importance of maintaining consistency between reservations and the actual services provided. If you have more experiences to share or if you have any questions, feel free to let me know!

Next time take the bus and a Bolt.
Was not easy to find first person, who then told me to wait 10 minutes for his driver to get there, which is fine I'm reasonable. Driver drove me to hotel without a word, and I tipped him reflexively, but then he asked for 1000 baht more. He showed me a text from the first guy clan I would give him more money for the ride than I had prepaid through Viator! Viator support did not respond, so he called another supervisor for his outfit, a female, who verified that I had prepaid and he begrudgingly left with only the tip I had initially given him. I won't be booking again to say the least and my confidence in Viator is shattered as well. Next time I'll take the bus from the airport then a Bolt (Thai Uber) to my hotel.

Why this scores 44
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
BKK/DMK Airport to Pattaya Private Transfer with Meet & Greet: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Pattaya.
How much does BKK/DMK Airport to Pattaya Private Transfer with Meet & Greet cost?
+
Prices start at $56 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Pattaya usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does BKK/DMK Airport to Pattaya Private Transfer with Meet & Greet take?
+
Plan for about 0.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Pattaya is not rushed.
Is BKK/DMK Airport to Pattaya Private Transfer with Meet & Greet worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 44 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Pattaya, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule BKK/DMK Airport to Pattaya Private Transfer with Meet & Greet?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is BKK/DMK Airport to Pattaya Private Transfer with Meet & Greet suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book BKK/DMK Airport to Pattaya Private Transfer with Meet & Greet?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Pattaya can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Pattaya and add a light layer if any part of the 0.8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does BKK/DMK Airport to Pattaya Private Transfer with Meet & Greet start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Pattaya within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Pattaya?
+
On Outty we rank every Pattaya experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pattaya Full-Day 3 Tropical Island tour Snorkeling Cruise Buffet, Elephant Jungle Sanctuary: Half Day Morning Program, Beginner Rider Tour Pattaya 28km ATV or Buggy Adventure. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Pattaya?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Pattaya?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
