Could not go to Nandi...
Could not go to Nandi Hills as planned because of traffic. So had to go to nearby places. Mr. Rajneesh was good.

A great day out birding
A great day birding with a local expert. Rajneesh took me to several locations and we saw a lot of great variety. We saw about 81 species in 12 hours or so. Since I was on the other side of the city than he usually frequents, locations may have been different from usual. https://ebird.org/tripreport/538259

Fabulous, Professional Birding Outing!
Birders, bring your binoculars and book this tour! It was exceptional. Rajneesh, my guide, has a passion for birding, including an impressive depth of knowledge of not only the birds and hot spots in the Bangalore area, but also of birds in the Americas. He is fluent in English, knowledgeable about which species are expected and which are unexpected treats, has an excellent ability to spot birds (even those slyly camouflaged guys), is conversant on species’ habits, descriptions and differences among similar species both here in India and in the US (my place of origin). On top of all that, he is a delightful, smart touring companion. As a female traveling alone, any concerns I had about booking this tour were gone with my first interaction with Rajneesh. We birded from 6 to 11 am, took a long lunch break and ended with late afternoon birding until the light failed us. We easily saw 100 species, most of which were lifers for me. This tour far exceeded my expectations!

Fantastic Birding Trip
Absolutely fantastic day of birding with Rajneesh. He is a perfect host and an extremely knowledgeable guide. As a women travelling on my own, I felt 100% safe and secure. The birding was brilliant and it was a fabulous way to get to know Bengaluru and surrounding areas. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough - 10 stars from me!
