Outstanding Guide & Tour, Highly Recommend

As a couple we thoroughly enjoyed our cycle tour taking in the beauty of Trani countryside and coast. Fillipio, our guide was outstanding! He was cheerful, kind, genuine and spoke excellent English. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the region and stopped at agricultural areas we were interested in. A true gem and one of the best cycling guides we have ever experienced. The bikes were of good quality/excellent condition. Super tour, highly recommend! Thank you Filipino from the Scottish couple ‘shanks pony’

Response from the operator: Thank you for these sweet words. It was a pleasure to lead you in a sunny day of September. I love cycling with people like you, full of enthusiasm for nature!

Unforgettable teansmurgiana cycling tour

This Transmurgania cycling tour was a wonderful experience and I would first like to compliment the 2 fantastic guides, not to mention the driver during the tour for any emergencies. The workshops and the stay and of course the delicious food and wines were unforgettable and we enjoyed meeting other travelers. Worth repeating🙏

A great tour! Highly recommend!

Our group (two couples) greatly enjoyed our tour of the countryside around Trani, through Bisceglie and along the coast. Our guide, Marinella, was very friendly, spoke excellent English and is extremely knowledgeable about the region. The e bikes we used were of very good quality and generally in excellent condition.

A great guide and accommodating ride in Puglia

We met our guide Filipino near our hotel and he equipped us with good bikes and helmets. We started right from the port of Trani and rode into the country through olive groves then back to the coast through The local town. As elders, he adjusted to our pace and was charming, knowledgeable and helpful, treating us to a local sweet on the way home.

Response from the operator: It was very fun to ride with you and I'm happy to know you enjoyed as well. Thanks for your smiles and have a nice stay in Puglia. A big hug.

Wonderful tour, all should try

I went on this tour with my daughter and we had a wonderful time. The guide, Marinella was lovely and she showed us some beautiful countryside and seaside which we would not have viewed by ourselves. This trip was the jewel in the crown of Trani. I highly recommend. Customer service was excellent, she even drove us back to our hotel, five star rating, don’t miss it.

Response from the operator: Thank you for this woderful review, Valerie and Eva. We wait you again in Puglia!

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bari and add a light layer if any part of the 3.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+

On Outty we rank every Bari experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Bari’s Ultimate Street Food Tour - Small Group by Do Eat Better, Boat Tour of the Polignano a Mare Coast with Aperitif, Bari Vecchia Group Tour in Italian. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Bari?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Bari?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
