Fantastic!

Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend. They were very kind and showed us many wonderful places. Wear sunscreen or long sleeves. I did not and paid the price. 😅 My legs even got burnt. It was not hot. It was just that the sun was very strong. Gracias!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your comment! I'm so glad you liked the tour and enjoyed it. Yes, the sun was strong that day, but you did the route very well. You make an excellent team, congratulations!

Wonderful experience

A fantastic experience from the first moment to the last. We loved the visit to the nature reserve, seeing all the birds in different locations. Ruben and Mili were such knowledgeable experts in all areas. We felt safe in writing all through the city and got a great workout at the same time. Highly recommended for anybody who enjoys a bike ride and nature.

Bikes and birds!

I love to bike, and when i found out about this tour, I was super excited, cuz I also love birds!. And it lived up to the expectations, we rode down to pantanos de villa , we saw so many birds even on the way there that I hadn't noticed Just walking through the city. We went on a cute little boat ride in the marshy area, and then we rode out to the ocean and saw this amazing lagoon filled with amazing birds! Highly recommend! Lima and the area are super flat also so it was really easy biking.

Response from the operator: Hi!,thank you very much for your comments about our bike tour to Pantanos de Villa, we are very happy that you enjoyed it!,yes that is a great place to watch birds, the best in the city!!

Fun and Informative Outing

Fully enjoyed biking through Miraflores, Barranco and Chorriillos although traffic can be a little crazy in the city. My friend and I would not have wanted to rent bikes on our own. Fortunatley, our guides made it possible to navigate the city streets without issue. Happy to have selected this particular bike tour because the best part of the day was going to the Wildlife Refuge. We took a boat ride that introduced us to a variety of species of birds that we had never seen before. Our guide was very knowledgable and had an eagle eye for spotting wildlife.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your comment, we are glad that you liked the only wildlife refuge in Lima, and that you have chosen to do the tour with us, our commitment is to always give you the best experience.

A Bike Tour of Lima, Unforgettable

It was a very great experience in addition to living a moment of adrenaline we met one of the most touristic places in Lima, a bit of the history of the places visited of Miraflores, Barranco and a very beautiful natural area: The Marshes of Villa. Highly recommended for those who like outdoor adrenaline activities. I always felt comfortable with the guides who were always aware of all the group details on the visit.

Response from the operator: Agradecemos mucho tu comentario!...nos alegra saber que disfrutaste el tour y de conocer los lindos lugares que visitamos en especial la naturaleza de Lima en el Refugio de Vida Silvestre Los Pantanos de Villa!

Bike Tour Discovering the Nature and History of Lima: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lima.

How much does Bike Tour Discovering the Nature and History of Lima cost?

+

Prices start at $60 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lima usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Bike Tour Discovering the Nature and History of Lima take?

+

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lima is not rushed.

Is Bike Tour Discovering the Nature and History of Lima worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lima, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Bike Tour Discovering the Nature and History of Lima?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Bike Tour Discovering the Nature and History of Lima suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 5-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Bike Tour Discovering the Nature and History of Lima?

+

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lima can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lima and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Bike Tour Discovering the Nature and History of Lima start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lima within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Lima?

+

On Outty we rank every Lima experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Day Tour From Lima: Paracas, Huacachina, Pisco Vineyard & Sunset, Premium Paracas & Huacachina Day Trip from Lima with Sunset Toast, Full Paracas & Huacachina Day Trip from Lima: Sunset Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Lima?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Lima?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
