Excepcional service from start to finish!
I cannot recommend Big Brother Travel highly enough! I’ve used their services twice now, and I will absolutely be booking with them again. Every experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I’ve travelled all over Egypt with them, and every part of the trip was organised flawlessly. No request was ever too much trouble—they went above and beyond to accommodate every need, making the entire experience completely stress-free. Their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for their clients are second to none. From the moment you arrive until the end of your trip, you feel looked after. Whether it’s arranging transport, planning itineraries, or adapting plans along the way, everything is handled with five-star service and attention to detail. If you’re planning a trip to Egypt and want a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and outstanding tour company, look no further than Big Brother Travel. They truly made my travels unforgettable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Five stars all the way!

Extremely professional and reliable transport services!
I contacted Mohamed directly on Whatsapp. Communication was fast and effective. Mohamed sorted a transfer for us very quickly. Prices are very good and fair! Car was comfortable. We were so pleased that we decided to continue using his services the next day for the long transfer to Aswan. We were given a much bigger and more confortable car. Mohamed also helped us arranging transfers outside of Luxor. I would highly recommend him and Big Brother travel as he is very professional, reliable and offers fair prices.

Perfect - highly recommend
Wow - I couldn’t have been more thankful and impressed by the service received. I had a bespoke itinerary, which consisted on flying into Cairo at 10am on Saturday, visiting the pyramids, collecting tickets for the boxing, going to the boxing for 6pm, then being driven to Hurghada leaving at 2.30am Sunday, which is a 5hr journey. Firstly Mohamed, was so professional and fully understood my itinerary, which was a breath of fresh air from every other company I messaged. He made me feel at ease. He offered a tour guide as well as a diver and we accepted - Sophia the tour guide was brilliant, she spoke perfect English and was so knowledgeable and kind, I strongly recommend getting a tour guide as she knew everyone and we had no hassle or wasted anytime. Syed was our driver, calm and quiet, so respectful, he couldn’t speak much English but he was just great. We had some drama, of my own making regarding the ticket collection, but between them both we got it sorted and I know without them I would never of been able to get them. The next drama, of my own making again, I thought the last fight would be concluded by midnight, on arrival I realised that we wouldn’t be done till 2.30am - honestly Mohamed, just sorted it in two messages. Honestly I was blown away by the service, professionalism and just genuine honesty people. I would recommend in a heartbeat

Luxor full day trip
I don’t really know where to start with the praise. We booked the valley of the kings , and other Luxor highlights a few months before our trip. Mohammed was extremely helpful and his responses were quick. We had settled on a 7am pickup from our boat in Luxor. A couple of days before the big day we realised we had made a huge mistake and would not be getting into Luxor till 4pm. Mohammed was nothing but helpful when we contacted him and he agreed to pick us up in edfu so we could still enjoy our day, and we could meet the boat when it got into Luxor later that day. The driver arrived promptly and we had the most amazing tour guide in Amal. She is an absolute fountain of knowledge and went out of her way to ensure our happiness and comfort, from taking stunning photos, to treating us to a refreshing glass of sugarcane juice. Mohammed had spoken with the reception team on the boat and knew exactly where they would be mooring, the whole day was stress free and we couldn’t have felt safer. We will definitely use big brother again and can’t wait to see the lovely Amal again

Amazing visit to West Bank of Luxor
We had a brilliant time visiting the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Hatshepsut Temple, Habu Temple, and colossi of Memnon with Big Brother Travel. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks to Muhammad for helping us when our itinerary changed. I would highly recommend this tour company and we will 100% use them for all our tours when we visit again.

Why this scores 73
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Big brother travel: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Luxor.
How much does Big brother travel cost?
+
Prices start at $10 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Luxor usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Big brother travel take?
+
Plan for about 0.2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Luxor is not rushed.
Is Big brother travel worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 47 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Luxor, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Big brother travel?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Big brother travel suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Big brother travel?
+
Around 16 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Luxor can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Luxor and add a light layer if any part of the 0.2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Big brother travel start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Luxor within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Luxor?
+
On Outty we rank every Luxor experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Half Day Luxor Tour Valley of Kings & Queens, Hatshepsut, Full Day Tour to East and West Banks of Luxor (Private), Full Day Tour of Luxor private. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Luxor?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Luxor?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.

Included: Bottled water; All Fees and Taxes; In-vehicle air conditioning; and What you pay includes all of the above. Not included: You are not allowed to drive the car. We send the car with a private driver with a driver'. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
Does Big brother travel include hotel pickup?
+
Yes, pickup is offered, or you can meet at the start point instead from 3 listed pickup locations in and around Luxor. Be ready about 10 minutes before the start time. You can also enter a custom pickup address when booking.
What languages is Big brother travel offered in?
+
