Only book if you like poor communication and terrible customer service
This is the worst company at Waikīkī. They have terrible communication and poor customer service. I had a tour at 11am on Thursday cancelled 2 hours before for boat maintenance. I was disappointed but did not mind as they reassured me that it would be fixed and rebooked me for Saturday at 11am. Plus I could understand because a boat issue could cause safety hazards. They proceeded to cancel 30 MINUTES BEFORE on Saturday at 10:30am saying that the boat was still under maintenance while I was literally at the Meet point. Why would they rebook if they knew the boat was still being fixed? This company is greedy and just wants your money. They should have just refunded me automatically since they knew the boat was under maintenance instead of still trying to rebook me. There are plenty of other turtle tours in Hawaii infact I booked a better one by a different company. If you are someone who values good communication and customer service this place is not for you

cancelled due to weather
sail was unfortunately cancelled the morning of the trip due to wind sea conditions We were able to schedule a bus tour of part of the island instead and had a wonderful day

Great Fun
We had a blast snorkeling with the turtles. The guides did an awesome job. I would for sure do this with them again next time!

Your trip won’t be complete without this tour.
This was an absolutely phenomenal experience. Worth your money and more. The weather was beautiful, the crew were so nice, and we saw so many beautiful oceanic animals. Gabe taught my daughter how to dive deeper with the Finn so she could see more, and Carly dragged me in the water with a boogie board because I had a foot injury previous to the excursion. Clint was also hilarious as well. They had GoPro to rent and so many other water activities. I can’t even begin to recommend this, I think you would genuinely be missing out if you didn’t do it. Completed our trip.

Great trip
The crew was great, entertaining, and helpful. I was a little nervous about snorkeling but they were so encouraging. We saw lots of turtles, dolphins and fish. We had a great time. highly recommend!
