Unbelievable experience
I've obviously seen documentaries about Auschwitz but nothing prepares you to literally walk in the footsteps of the millions of people who came here. We overpaid for our trip as we didn't book in advance so my advice is to do just that. But overall it was well paced, well informed. My only issue are disrespectful people taking pictures in areas where you just shouldn't. This place and the people who lost their lives in brutal ways deserve more respect.

TravelMine Camp Tour
We had already booked this tour with two other companies who, the day before, cancelled on us. We found TravelMine through FB and was a little cautious at first as we didn't want the same to happen again. TravelMine were amazing from start to finish. Pickup on time, driver was very polite, the tour was very informative and the guide was excellent. I would certainly recommend TravelMine for any and all tours while there. Definitely worth the money and time.

Auschwitz-Birkenau
We booked a last-minute tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau in August 2026, and everything was perfect. The pick-up was exactly on time, and the driver was reliable, friendly, and provided us with plenty of useful information throughout the journey. Upon arrival, we received full support while waiting for the official guide before entering the site and for the transfer to Birkenau. Highly recommended!
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your review, and for taking the time to write it. We're glad that we met your expectations and that we were able to support you during your visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, which was certainly not an easy experience. The entire Travelmine team works hard to ensure that our guests can focus solely on learning about and reflecting on this difficult chapter in human history. Thank you again for choosing our company. We hope to see you again in the future. #travelmine_cracow#AuschwitzBirkenau #HistoricalTours#HighlyRecommended

Excellent Tours
We used Travelmine for all our trips in Krakow, which also included the Salt Mines and Zakopane with the thermal spa. They were fantastic, starting with communication, they answered any questions I had promptly through WhatsApp, messaged the evening before trips to confirm everything and they arrived on the dot at our hotel to pick us up the next day. The drivers were all really nice and kind people who went out of their way to make sure we all had a good experience. Highly recommend this company, five star service, brilliant.
Response from the operator: We’re thrilled that we were able to organise all these tours for you! Thank you for your trust and feedback. It was our pleasure to take care of you and ensure your comfort. At Travelmine Cracow, our top priority is our guests, and your kind words motivate us to continue providing the best possible service. We hope to see you again sometime in the future💚 #travelmine_cracow#auschwitz#auschwitzbirkenau#zakopane#tatramountains#wieliczkasaltmine#chocholowskietermy

Best value Auschwitz and Birkenau Fully Guided English Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krakow.
How much does Best value Auschwitz and Birkenau Fully Guided English Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $184 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krakow usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Best value Auschwitz and Birkenau Fully Guided English Tour take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krakow is not rushed.
Is Best value Auschwitz and Birkenau Fully Guided English Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 30 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Krakow, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Best value Auschwitz and Birkenau Fully Guided English Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Best value Auschwitz and Birkenau Fully Guided English Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Best value Auschwitz and Birkenau Fully Guided English Tour?
+
Around 11 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krakow can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krakow and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Best value Auschwitz and Birkenau Fully Guided English Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krakow within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Krakow?
+
On Outty we rank every Krakow experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Complete Cracow Bike Tour (small group of maximum 15 people!), Krakow–Zakopane: Cable Car, Chocholow Baths, Cheese & Vodka, Krakow to Auschwitz Birkenau Guided Tour with Transfer and Ticket. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Krakow?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Krakow?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
