Best Seller - Similan Islands Snorkeling Trip From Khao Lak

Never choose this company, or you might be next.

This company has shown serious disrespect and fraud towards consumers regarding this project. I booked my trip for February 16th through their website on December 21st last year, but the company informed me on February 14th this year, just one day before my booking, that the project was overbooked and canceled my reservation without providing any other evidence. I cannot believe that a booking made nearly two months in advance is at the end of the booking list. The company completely disregarded my and my entire family's needs, communicating solely via email, and was utterly unreasonable and arrogant. I don't understand if such a company has any screening process. I want to warn all travelers: you may be lucky enough not to encounter this situation, but please know that if it does happen, this company will not provide you with any protection.

One day trip to Similan island

Nice trip to Similan Islands. Tour operator and guide have been nice and competent. They borrow us all the material needed to snorkel. Boat safe and big one. For families is very good , especially with young kids. Unfortunately It’s never nice to be in such nice islands and be able to stay such short time and being asked to swim in a very small piece of water . That becomes very crowded in peak season such Christmas time . it would be better to have the possibility to explore different bay or zones of the island so to feel a bit more wildness . But again, it’s because of the peak period . Anything to do with professionalism of the guides nor of the tour

Fab snorkeling

Brilliant snorkeling and beaches and sea beautiful, but very busy as lots of boat trips which I didn't expect

Not recommended!!

The islands are beautiful & but the Staff is helpful and accommodating. However, I would not recommend this trip. passengers are crammed into the speed boats like a sardine can. It is hot and sweaty, and quite a few people were getting nauseous on the one hour and 15 minute boat ride out. The islands are beautiful, at least what you can see of them, given the hordes of tourists from numerous boats who all descend upon, the beach at the same time. It is difficult to snorkel as there are so many other boats and people around you. There is a hike up to an overlook on the first stop, but again, so many people you can barely get a clear shot without , someone photo-bombing you. Lunch is provided, but it is an assembly line of premade trays that did not look or taste good at all. So they get an A for effort, but I would definitely not recommend this tour. There are plenty of other beautiful beaches around , that are just as nice and not nearly as crowded.

Very happy with the experience

A very well organised and planned trip! Our tour guide Nancy was so lovely and made the whole experience even better! When we arrived there was breakfast and drinks available for everyone which was a lovely surprise. The group organisation was excellent, as we all got given coloured beach bags which made it easy to find your group. The islands were very busy but this is to be expected for a tourist hot spot, but still very enjoyable and beautiful to see. Our lunch was tasty too, which we chose at the start of the day. And lots of snorkelling time at great locations with lots to see! Would definitely recommend and will be using Fantastic Simalian travel again!
