Reliable and professional: 3 days / 2 nights on Bai Tu Long
I was hesitant to book remotely, afraid of being scammed, but I don't regret at all having trusted Pham and Vietinsider. He advised me well to get what met our expectations: less touristy, relaxation, and taking the time to discover. 2 nights on Bai Tu Long might seem like a lot, but I find that you take more time to settle in, and the kayaking/cave/beach day where we were alone in the world is worth the detour. For the cruise we had Cycad Cruise; I thought it might be a big boat, but in the end, no, it was nice to have the pool ^^ The staff is also top-notch, nothing to complain about.
