There's a bit of everything.
Coming off ship, pickup was straightforward, no confusion about where to meet, which I always worry about with cruise port tours. The organisers had it handled and kept an eye on timings so nobody was watching the clock nervously. My tip would be comfortable shoes for palms and to actually slow down In valldemossa, it's small and pretty, don't rush it.

Tour is good Overall but do be aware that the view Of the main castle is just an exterior look. Guide takes you to the door and you can se the inside walls but then moves on with the tour without really Seeing the castle.‘I found it frustrating.

Good Tour of ValLdemossa and Barcelona
Guide was good and professional. Excellent driver who ensured we never had to walk far to the bus. Bus was clean, comfortable and new. ValLdemossa was a beautiful town worth the visit. Barcelona is huge so our visit was cursory but the best you can do with one day. If you want to go inside La Sagrada you’ll need to do that on your own. No lunch or drinks served and there was very little time for eating or having a beer. Good overall tour.

This is an excellent tour! We went end of June. If you’re a cruise ship passenger I highly recommend this tour. You meet right outside the terminal, the tour guides are so organized and waiting. Upon arrival they are friendly and knowledgeable. The tour gives you a taste of everything. My only suggestion would be a bit more time to shop in Valldemosa and walk around only 15 minutes on your own is not enough.
