What you'll see and do
Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon
Upon arrival at our meeting location, you’ll begin our most popular tour, and for good reason — it features two of the most iconic and photogenic spots in all of Southern Utah. Hop into a Can-Am UTV with one of our experienced local guides and head to Peekaboo Slot Canyon, where you’ll walk a half mile through stunning, sculpted red rock walls. Then, we’ll journey 10 miles across scenic desert terrain to reach The Great Chamber — a breathtaking, sand-filled alcove carved into the side of a mountain. A short but steep ¼-mile hike gets you there, and the views are more than worth the effort. In total, you’ll walk about 1.5 miles before heading back to the Peekaboo Trailhead, where your adventure began.

Absolutely breathtaking and super fun!
Amazing morning spent on the UTV and hiking two incredible locations. Our guide TC was awesome! These are the types of experiences you will remember the rest of your life. TC takes crazy good pictures too and knows all the best spots. So happy we chose this company.

You won’t regret it
Awesome adventure. Good mix of trail riding in UTVs, sight seeing, and short hikes (more walks). Great Chamber was very different from other sights, with a “dune” on the side of a cliff (not steep) inside a really geologically interesting cove. Peekaboo Slot Canyons were a welcome cooling off site and very visually interesting. Launch site was really close to downtown Kanab, easy check in and really friendly staff. Was the perfect amount of time (4ish hours) starting at 8:30. TC (our guide) was really personable and genuine. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience
An awesome experience. The UTV ride was a blast. The trails were a lot of fun - lots of variety. The Great Chamber was magnificent and the Slot Canyon was such a cool experience. But the best part of our trip was our tour guide Tim. He was so great with the kids and seemed to genuinely love what he does. Highly recommend Tim for your tour! Well worth the money and a great end to our vacation in Utah.

Making memories for a lifetime
What an awesome half day family adventure seeing some sights that would otherwise be impossible to get to. Clayton our guide was amazing…we were not rushed, he knew all the best places to take the best photos. Best part was no crowds… We felt like we were the only ones there! It is a dusty and bumpy ride so just dress appropriately…a $4 gaiter purchase at the starting point is def recommended. Google’s are not necessary if you have glasses or sunglasses. Thank you for helping us make some amazing family memories!!

Why this scores 78
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Best of the Best - Peekaboo & Great Chamber: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Zion National Park.
How much does Best of the Best - Peekaboo & Great Chamber cost?
+
Prices start at $229 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Zion National Park usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Best of the Best - Peekaboo & Great Chamber take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Zion National Park is not rushed.
Is Best of the Best - Peekaboo & Great Chamber worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 78 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 210 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Zion National Park, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Best of the Best - Peekaboo & Great Chamber?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Best of the Best - Peekaboo & Great Chamber suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Best of the Best - Peekaboo & Great Chamber?
+
Around 74 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Zion National Park can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Zion National Park and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Best of the Best - Peekaboo & Great Chamber start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Zion National Park within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Zion National Park?
+
Zion trips centre on the Narrows and Angels Landing, canyoneering in slot canyons, e-bike rides along the scenic drive and Bryce Canyon combination days. Permit handling and gear rental inclusions are the biggest quality differences here. On Outty we rank every Zion National Park experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Award Winning UTV Slot Canyon Tour, East Zion 4 Hour Slot Canyon Canyoneering UTV Tour, East Zion Crimson Canyon Hike & UTV Adventure. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Zion National Park?
+
April to May and September to October. Summer means early starts. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Zion National Park?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
