Nice guide but the tour did not include the Oltrarno area as promised
Due to some confusion with other tourists during the start of the tour, 30 mins of our tour was wasted. The guide Yaniel, who was very nice, had to deal with those tourists. The tour started 30 mins late and we missed visiting the Oltrarno area even though he told us that was in the itenary.

Fanatic tour, well worth it and extremely good value for money.
We had a fantastic tour with a knowledgeable and very friendly tour guide. The tour was personal, well thought out and extremely informative. We saw so many things that we would have not experienced had we not joined this tour. I would highly recommend it.
