Best from Prague team
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience with Prague Best Experience. Unfortunately, due to unexpected family circumstances, we had to shorten our tour. Even though it wasn't their responsibility, the team handled everything with incredible professionalism and kindness. They immediately offered us a partial refund without us even asking, which really shows how much they care about their customers. Their customer service is truly outstanding and goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. The part of the tour we were able to enjoy was absolutely fantastic. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made every moment enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized, and we only wish we could have stayed for the full experience. If you're looking for a company that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers exceptional tours, I highly recommend Prague Best Experience. We will definitely book with them again on our next visit to Prague!

Disappointing tour and customer service
I went on a private tour with my partner on June 10th 2026. To put things briefly, Peter who was paid to be our private tour guide for the day spent next to no time with us. Peter initially went to park the car at the first stop and said “he would catch us up” whilst we hiked to see the arch. It is worth noting- we never had an issue with Peter parking the car first- what we did have an issue with is that even when he later “caught up with us”, he stayed with us for less than 5minutes and then left us again. We would expect to spend at least some time with our “guide” actually on the tour that we had paid for… (he told us no facts about the first stop, besides one fact about a fire. We listened in to other people’s tour guides for information) this was similar for the second stop where he spent next to no time with us (and told us zero information about the bridge we had gone to see) and we were left to work out our own way to the bridge. Peter wasn’t present with us at all when we wanted photos- we had to ask random strangers to take photos of us when we wanted photos as Peter had rushed off. Perhaps most importantly, we wouldn’t have expected our private tour guide to have left us up the top of the walking trail whilst he went back to the bottom for a sleep in his car… The company told us in a message weeks and weeks before the tour that ““the driver can stop for the lunch in restaurant where you can order gluten free food” as my partner can’t eat gluten, however on the day the guide was unprepared for this. When prompted to help find some gluten free food we were told “how hard it is to find gluten free places in the countryside”. Had the company told us this in advance, then we would have packed a packed lunch for my partner, however they had assured us it would be okay to find a restaurant. When we complained after the tour about this, the company claimed on all public platforms that there was communication before the trip that we would be bringing a packed lunch for my partner, however this wasn’t true at all. We have all the messages sent between my partner and the provider from before the tour to prove this. After my partner complained to the company, the company called it “strange” that we took a couple weeks to complain to them about the tour. We initially emailed about my concerns 2 weeks after the tour, and we stated very clearly in the email that the delay in giving feedback was due to a family bereavement (my partner’s dad died the morning after the tour). So for them to call it “strange” for there to be delay in feedback is quite frankly insensitive and insulting given they knew this was due to a family bereavement. We didn’t initially explicitly ask for a refund our first complaint as we were giving the company a chance to make things right. After they were not forthcoming with offering a resolution we stated we would expect a partial refund (not a full refund) of what we paid. We were then told us the tour guide was on holiday, and we were to wait for a reply, however then blocked us on viator and never responded.

Why this scores 46
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Best of 2 Countries in 1 Tour: Bohemian Saxon Switzerland: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Prague.
How much does Best of 2 Countries in 1 Tour: Bohemian Saxon Switzerland cost?
+
Prices start at $149 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Prague usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Best of 2 Countries in 1 Tour: Bohemian Saxon Switzerland take?
+
Plan for about 33 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Prague is not rushed.
Is Best of 2 Countries in 1 Tour: Bohemian Saxon Switzerland worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Prague, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Best of 2 Countries in 1 Tour: Bohemian Saxon Switzerland?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Best of 2 Countries in 1 Tour: Bohemian Saxon Switzerland suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 33-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Best of 2 Countries in 1 Tour: Bohemian Saxon Switzerland?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Prague can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Prague and add a light layer if any part of the 33-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Best of 2 Countries in 1 Tour: Bohemian Saxon Switzerland start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Prague within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Prague?
+
On Outty we rank every Prague experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best Reviews: Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland Day Trip From Prague, Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland From Prague-Travelers' Choice 2026, 3-hour Complete Prague Bike Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Prague?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Prague?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
