⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible, eye-opening way to experience the real Hanoi I can’t say enough good things about Best Hanoi Motorbike Tour. This was hands-down one of the most memorable experiences of my time in Vietnam. My guide, Frank, was young, enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his country — and that passion was absolutely infectious. In just four hours, I learned more about Vietnam, its history, culture, and daily life than I could have imagined. This tour shows you the parts of Hanoi you’ll never see from a tour bus. We rode through smaller “suburbs” and local neighborhoods, saw homes under bridges and along the river, crossed multiple bridges, and ventured out into the countryside. Along the way, we passed banana and kumquat farms, giving real insight into daily life outside the city center. Frank brought everything to life — explaining the differences between pagodas and temples, sharing local stories, and answering every question with warmth, intelligence, and pride. What stood out most was how deeply human the experience felt. It wasn’t just sightseeing — it was connection, context, and understanding. Priceless experience
Couldn't have asked for a better day. Learned a lot about Vietnams culture/history, saw parts of Hanoi I definitely wouldn't have without doing this tour and the company organised it all on very short notice. Fun and super professional
Guide I had was Oliver and he did an absolute fantastic job. I ended up booking the tour about 14 hours before starting and there was no problem. The office took care of everything and it was a smooth transaction. They even worked it out to pick me up at my hotel even though it was outside of the old quarter. Oliver was truly knowledgeable about all the places we went to. From the Hanoi Hilton to the mausoleum there was history to be learned. We even made it just in time for the changing of the guard at the mausoleum. The food choices that we went to were excellent and very delicious. Best to try everything once! Even though it was hot, the tour was quite excellent. A mixture of A/C places and just the movement of the motor bike creating some wind is nice to cool you off. The stops to get fresh fruit and fruit smoothies are also excellent ways to cool you down. Make sure you bring your phone or camera! They will take you all over and you want to make sure you capture some of the memories.
