Full Day with Adam

Had a great day in Egypt. Visited pyramids, camel ride, sphinx, museum, bazaar, perfume gallery, paper museum and had lunch. Coming from the US we had an armed guard (totally not necessary but govt provided) which was a surprise. A separate driver and tour guide Adam made it nice for front door pick ups and Adam was able to speak during all drives. It made it so easy to get it all done in one day. He gave lots of details at the museum and pyramids. Our tour was on time and did not feel rushed. The guide was very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. He kept the teens interested also. Great lunch at a clean restaurant. Would recommend and take again myself. Thanks Adam!

Highly Reccomend.

I did a full day private tour to the Giza pyramids, Sphynx and the Citadel. I was guided by Ashraf, who I can not reccomend enough to request. He was more of a friend than a guide which was great for a solo traveler but would work well with a group. He was very informative and took me to places I hadn't even consider. (Papyrus manufacturing shop for example) I highly reccomend this tour and would go again. Ashraf was the best.

Incredible first day in Egypt w/ Bassem

Our first day in Cairo was a fantastic experience with our tour guide Bassem. We started off our day with the Great Pyramid and then proceeded to the camel ride to the Sphinx. Right from the start Bassem was helpful in providing us with great recommendations: from extending the camel ride and how to best avoid the street hawkers during the day. We then went to the papyrus institute, had a great lunch and then went to the step pyramid. He was consistently informing us with facts at every stop and we highly recommend him to guide you around Cairo for your visit. He was filled with positive energy and his friendliness made us feel welcome in Cairo for our first time. Thanks again Bassem!

Highlight of our Trip

We booked a day trip with this company last week. It was amazing from start to finish! Our guide Manar Atwa was super professional, she had exceptional knowledge and passion for her profession. The whole day felt like we were spending it with friends. Manar, our driver, the people at the restaurant, all of them was just fantastic. I recommend this company to anyone that wants a memorable experience. We humbly thank you Tree of Life Tours. We will be back and will never forget our day spent with you!

Best Guided Day-Tour to Giza and Saqqara Pyramids including Lunch from Cairo: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Giza.

How much does Best Guided Day-Tour to Giza and Saqqara Pyramids including Lunch from Cairo cost?

+

Prices start at $15 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Giza usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Best Guided Day-Tour to Giza and Saqqara Pyramids including Lunch from Cairo take?

+

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Giza is not rushed.

Is Best Guided Day-Tour to Giza and Saqqara Pyramids including Lunch from Cairo worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Giza, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Best Guided Day-Tour to Giza and Saqqara Pyramids including Lunch from Cairo?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Best Guided Day-Tour to Giza and Saqqara Pyramids including Lunch from Cairo suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 8-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Best Guided Day-Tour to Giza and Saqqara Pyramids including Lunch from Cairo?

+

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Giza can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Giza and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Best Guided Day-Tour to Giza and Saqqara Pyramids including Lunch from Cairo start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Giza within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Giza?

+

On Outty we rank every Giza experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pyramids Sphinx Camel ATV Bike Shopping and Nile Dinner Cruise, Cairo 8 Hour Private Tour of Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum, Pyramids Sphinx and Grand Egyptian Museum Nile Felucca or Bazaar. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Giza?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Giza?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
