Good tour for firs timers who don’t want to see a lot.
It’s good for a first time visitor. Very little to see besides Old Town Dubrovnik, so that was a bit disappointing. Tour guide was knowledge and very good. Overall, ok, but not great for the cost.

If you have visited Dubrovnik before, you might have preferred a more specialized or intensive tour focused on your personal interests outside the Old Town, which is naturally the main highlight of both this tour and the destination itself. For greater flexibility and a customized itinerary, a private tour would usually be the better option. Safe and happy cruises!

Can do better
The meeting point was not well defined, meeting the tour guide was a challenge. It was difficult to follow the tour guide in crowded places as she was not easily identified. The instruction on the final meeting location was unclear. Overall not a pleasant experience in a very pretty city.
Response from the operator: To avoid similar issues with future Viator bookings, we strongly recommend carefully reading the pickup instructions available on the website and sent to the email provided at the time of booking. For 200+ cruise passengers from the same ship, walking a few minutes to the port gate and locating the large JAT signs proved to be a fairly manageable mission. For two travelers, however, it somehow became Mission Impossible. Fortunately, our guides are very experienced in locating guests throughout even the most puzzling corners in and around the cruise port. According to your guide, the difficulty you experienced keeping up with the group in the city was related to your limited walking ability. Please note that the “Additional Info” section clearly states that this tour is not wheelchair accessible and may be challenging for guests with limited mobility. For future bookings, we strongly recommend basing your expectations on the published tour description, itinerary, and restrictions rather than on personal assumptions. Safe travels!

Interesting and Well Presented
Visited on my own and ended up spending more time here than expected. The exhibition was informative and the displays were easy to understand without needing a guide. The live presentation was enjoyable as well. A few areas could use better signs, but overall it was a worthwhile stop.

A good place to spend a few hours together. The exhibits were interesting and there was plenty to see, especially during the live show. Everything was generally clean and well arranged. We did find the café a little disappointing, as the food selection was limited and service was slower than expected.
